This beautiful waterside house is located on the Esplanade in Fowey just a short walk from the beach at Readymoney cove and all the quays, shops and inns within the town.The house itself is over four floors and is ideal for a family holiday.

Accessibility:  Spiral staircase to all levels inside - may be unsuitable for young children or people with limited mobility. 
Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Nearest beach: 0.5 miles.
Nearest amenities:  0.2 miles. 
Outdoors: Patio terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and uninterrupted views of the harbour and river across to Polruan. There is no parking, it is possible to unload outside the property.
