Asked for a wake up call at 3:00am and received it at 2:00 am. Told the night clerk and he just said he would have to talk to maintenance. No apology. Coffee machine is soooo old it should be in a museum. Plus the coffee s like dish water.

Bath tub faucet constant dripping. Charging station did not work. Door lock (the pin/slidder type) wouldnt engage. Chinese restaurant attached - very good.

This place was so loud. You could hear everything in every room. There were multiple hockey teams there during our stay and no curfew set in place. I left with my daughter before 10pm due to the noise. Ridiculous. The pool is also not heated so it was pretty cold in November.

The Hotel is showing its age and main areas like hallways and especially the small elevator was quite dirty and odorous. The pool was also unclean and need of some TLC. The staff were friendly, helpful and the breakfast was very nice.
