Traveled with my wife, carpet was duty looks old, room was clean ok not too good and a lot of noise from other travelers rooms, sounded like a party all night. Breakfast room was crowded and duty nobody from the staff care a bit.

Next time, someplace else.
We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early at about 10:00am. The check in process was as expected. The room we were assigned to was a different experience. The door knob was hanging down and obviously broken and the key card did not work. Returning to the front desk we were assigned a different room. This time the key card worked after about a dozen attempts. The room appeared to be neat but very worn and the couch was of questionable cleanliness and the desk chair looked dangerous. Overall the employees we met were helpful and friendly but the facility is worn out.
Very worn and stained.
In need of replacement.

Hotel smelled like a damp rag with cigarette in it elevator panels punched in room bathroom cleanliness barely acceptable bathroom not designed for men as u sit on it and water level is so high in them certain body parts dangle in water wow can’t believe I spent night in this shi hole

It wasnt hard to find just off the freeway. The staff were friendly but overall the experience was not satisfying. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard, it smelt like one of my neighbors was smoking pot every day i stayed. The carpet in the room was filthy my daughter walked around barefoot for 3 min and her feet were black. The hot tub outside was not warm at all and the jets didnt work. The elevator was SUPER sketchy going up and down. Not real impressed with the breakfast either.

Liked the area, nice looking hotels. front desk lady was kind, remote did not work, staff came up to the room to activate the remote after several trips I took to the front trying different remotes. would stay there again.

The rooms reeked of dog urine,the bedding had stains on it.. the floors look like they ain’t been cleaned in years .the health department should shut this hotel down it’s so disgusting.’my fiancé was racially profiled when asking the front desk the room number , they denied him access to the floor and escorted him with the manager , she says she called but the phones didn’t work in our room , my family just wanted to get test before we traveled back home .this La Quinta was the worst experience I have had

Only half a toilet paper roll was in the room during check in. If you want towels or toiletries throughout your weekly stay you have to request it. Those “Do not disturb” signs are useless and not needed since they don’t bother to check your room anyway. Carpets are all dingy and stained on each floor and in room. For this price point I would expect more.

The first room we checked in had blood stain on lighting switch & floor, quite a scary scene checking-in at midnight. The front desk was kind enough to change the room right away but the new room was also okay. The carpet had so many stains & was smelly. Didnt have extra toilet paper roll or towels. I would not stay here next time.

My family & I spend only one night at the hotel mainly because we didn’t like the cleanliness & overall conditions of the property. It’s an ancient place, floors and elevator are sticky. Breakfast is missing a lot of items, no hot items there although it shows on the pictures of website. It was not good experience but might be for it’s low price in comparison to other hotels in the area….

The location was prime to the event I was attending. However, there is no room cleaning until you check out so when you run out of supplies you have to request from the front desk every time. The jacuzzi was not working properly or even hot. The gazebo area was taped off like a crime scene.

Expedia didn't have the proper information about the type of breakfast they serve and what is included, so I called the hotel reception. The receptionist told me that the hotel serves hot breakfast, such as scrambled eggs and sausages, but that wasn't the case. Boiled eggs were in the refrigerator, but they weren't scrambled or any other meat, like sausage, etc.
