Property was very poorly maintained inside and out. The rooms were very run down and old. Some of the amenities listed were not accurate on the listing as well as the photos not being an accurate representation of what you’re actually receiving upon arrival. The only positive is the staff was amazing and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff was very friendly however the room was awful. There were no accessible outlets. The shower head was covered in calcium and when you flushed the toilet it made an awful noise. The overall cleanliness of the room was not as it should be in my opinion. One of the night we stayed we got back to the room and our key had been deactivated. Which they fixed but was very inconvenient after a long day.

Overall this property was okay. It is definitely an older hotel and the pool is out of service so do not expect to utilize the pool services. Pros are that there is a shuttle that takes you to and from Disneyland and that housekeeping comes around quite often to clean in addition to there being a coin laundry room. Linens are changed every 3 days unless requested. The continental breakfast was also okay, just your standard fare with yogurt, bread items, eggs, and waffles. Unfortunately only one set of elevators are working with the closest elevator to the lobby out of service. If you are on a budget and not planning on staying in your hotel room all day, staying here isn’t a bad option however I’d probably stay elsewhere in the future.

Card key keeps un-programming and had to go to the help desk all the way back when i was already tired from a long day. All staff personnel were friendly and helpful while i stayed. A big NO to not having the pool ready and open during heat weather, and the nearest entrance elevator operating. Bed bases are really dirty and old. A small fridge and microwave would be nice to have inside the room. Room was clean. Really clean bed sheets and towels. Love that they have complementary breakfast, shampoo, body wash, soap, ice, hand moisturizer, plenty of parking space and available laundry place.

The swimming pool was drained and needed cleaning no notice on website. No refrigerator in room they claimed only in suites but the rom next to ours same room had a fridge. I had to use lunch bag and ice to keep stuff cold. One elevator out so had to walk to one farther away from our room. I will never go back to this location really surprised being Wyndham owned and all. They are usually better than that.
