Seems like the room was in the middle of an incomplete renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, there was drilling holes in the bathroom, a smoke alarm hook up next to the new smoke alarm. Coffee maker didn’t work.

No hot water nor any pressure and they were doing construction above my room. Called daily to get moved but supposedly no rooms. Why would you put someone in a room next to construction!! Will be asking for a full refund

Please just book holiday in you might pay 50 more but sleep like a baby. I had flees as soon as I laid my head on their bed and was scratching the whole time until a couple hours when I decided to check out and just stay the night at Holiday Inn. This hotel is so dirty, filthy from outside and in I can't explain. It probably has to do with so many homeless staying there.

Was a good place to stay.

Hotel is going down in quality, lots of maintenance issues like bathroom on lobby area out of service and padlocked, artwork missing in rooms, lots of little details that let you know the property is not being well maintained.

Didn’t like my stay at this place at all. The rooms were not very clean and everything was very dated. The hallways were very dirty and not well maintained. Peeling paint, dirty floors. Bathrooms were dirty. Bedroom walls were dirty.

Dilapidated beds and owner cheap out on hot water

Room had many flaws, carpet looked like they hadn’t been cleaned very dark. Scuff marks all over the walls and beds baseboard. The beds are very outdated you sink in immediately no support. As for the bathroom don’t expect to have a heated shower. Ran the water for about 5 minutes and the water never heated up took a cold shower in January. Let’s top it off checking in at 11pm to be woken up at 4 am to the room phone ringing and no answer. Even happened the next night too after spending the entire day at Disney.

Great place for Disneyland on a budget. My wife is pretty bougie and she survived. Breakfast had lots of options, shuttle took us too and from Disney on time. Just make sure you are on time. Shuttle gets pretty full and follows a schedule. Should you miss it, plan on a $20 Uber ride. Rooms are definitely not up to date, but work great for what we needed them for. Sleep, shower and relax. Ice machines worked, staff was friendly, check in and check out quick, and the little shop downstairs is very convenient. I personally would stay here again for my DisneyLand trip.

Recommend

The good— Quiet, clean, lots of parking (included), good breakfast with lots of choices….close to Disneyland with shuttle included. Plenty of hot water….toilet flushes great. The bad— No fridge, asked for a 2nd security deposit when I added more days for the same room…needed 2 more nights and they wanted a 3rd deposit…. Maybe look at that policy which is a bit ridiculous….reserved elsewhere because of that.
