I have always liked the property and it’s Cleanse and never before have I had a problem with the room not being clean, The mirror had something splashed all over it seems to be black ink all over the mirror and the cover ,bathroom toilet was very nasty,broken and stopped up,floor and sink was nasty. Had to clean up myself before using the bathroom.

After my kids ( 18 and 17 year olds) drove 850 miles for a concert in Albertville, they were turned away by the initial hotel we booked. I called Microtel and the front desk guy was so sweet and polite. When my kids checked in, he took great care of making sure they were good to go and didn’t take long at all. He made a very unpleasant initial experience, turn pleasant. Huge thanks to whomever was working Friday 7/19 in the evening /late night hours. You helped easy this mommas heart.

The parking lot was always full, husband was in a wheelchair so we had to park where there was no room to get the wheelchair close to the door of the car. The handicap spots were taken by people without handicap tags or placards.
