This place is infested with cockroaches. We did a family vacation and booked 4 rooms. Every single one had cockroaches. When brought to the attention to the people at the front desk they didn’t even care. They already knew they had a problem. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

I’m not a big breakfast person so it didn’t affect me much but the only complaint I would have is it’s a coffee only station downstairs with no breakfast items. Other than that, it was a really nice quiet complex with a circular driveway so you could walk around for exercise without leaving the parking lot if he chose. The design of the building seemed to make it more quiet then your traditional rectangular building. Inside the room the only complaint that I would have is the TV is small for the room at 36 inches. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and even had a door separating the sink area from the toilet and shower, which could be very convenient depending on your roommate

Clean, good location and good experience.
Room and the bathroom was clean. Check-in was smooth. AC, refrigerator and the microwave in the room worked fine. Beds were comfortable too. No breakfast, no dental kit, but it was not a big deal. Great location in butler plaza.

Old and tired rooms
We were given a regular room versus a booked suite. We were told there were attempts at contacting me but I had no missed calls. The room was very old. Rusty shower. No plug in the shower. One bed was passable but the other had a big dent in it from people sitting on the edge. Phone didn’t work even though it was plugged in. I was told we would be refunded but I have yet to see it on my credit card statement.

We had a pet room that was convenient for the side door to take them out. They charged for second service animal. First room smelt a little bad so we asked to be moved as I didn’t want blame for the smell on us and our service dogs. Staff were very helpful. They are very restrictive of payment methods and charge a fee to check you can pay with card presented
