We stay here every year for the Lonestar motorcycle rally and love this hotel! They were experiencing a power outage when we went to check in however all the employees were very helpful and doing their best to assist everyone. I didnā€™t catch the gentlemanā€™s name who was the Manager in duty however he was outstanding! The rooms were remolded and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The Hilton is always our choice while staying in Galveston.

My family and I stayed one night prior to boarding our cruise. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and ready earlier than expected. The food in the restaurant was hot and fresh.
