The room had some upgrades, floors were dirty, Kleenex and to was not supplied, lobby was dirty needed vacuumed, check in process was slow, grounds were messy and not welcoming. Sheets and towels were clean.

Close this place down now.
We couldn't even stay here. No clean rooms. Seemed vacant. Guy at the desk cancelled our reservation and had to make a new one, which took strangely a long time. Then he walked myself and my elderly parents up and down stairs looking for a clean room with our luggage in tow. He offered no help, and took us to dirty room after dirty room, constantly asking for us to leave our luggage in random places and follow him to rooms one at a time to see if they were clean. When we told him to let us leave he said there would be no refund, even though we never found a clean room to stay in. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE, not to mention scary. This business should be closed down and investigated. They give out sodas for 5 star reviews.

We arrived early and were surprised with a $35 charge to check in early. There was no offer to store our luggage so that we could opt out of the unexpected extra charge. The room was average. However, it did not appear that the floor was swept prior to mopping. We do understand that the climate encourages bugs, but there was one live roach that visited in the morning. There was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; there was no body soap. Not a huge deal since we used the hand soap, but there was a slot for body wash that was empty. The breakfast was minimal. The OJ was basically orange water. You can make your own waffle (which was pretty good). The apples looked like they were at the end of their shelf life. There was a Chex type cereal and white bread to make toast. You should be aware that you cannot leave the lobby with the food; not sure why you cannot take it to your room. We actually cancelled our stay here for when we return from the cruise and booked elsewhere. The ocean is across the street and there were places within a short walking distance to eat and drink, as well as a store that had liquor. Our son and his girlfriend actually decided to leave and stay elsewhere that was nicer for about the same cost. We will not return here. We picked this place because it was a Wyndham… they should really reconsider that branding!

It was an ok stay for an over night stay to port out to a cruise the next day. However, the furnishings were a bit outdated and the shower never got hot. We checked in late so basically they gave away our king sized bed. But overall it was a 4 out of 10.

DO NOT STAY HERE From the moment we walked in our experience here was terrible. We arrived two hours before the 4pm check-in time and were informed there was a $35 early check-in fee. Seeing as we had already had a long day we were fine with that. This turned into an hour long process of canceling our reservation, calling expedia, attempting to figure out what room was available until we eventually just demanded to be given room keys so we could at least put our stuff down. The keys we were given did not open the door so we had to go back to the front desk. They sent somebody with us to help open the door and he basically had to bust down the door with all his weight to get it open but it opened. First thing we notice about the room, the main light switch was out, probably done intentionally so you couldn't really see how disgusting the room was. Stains on the sheets, pillows, bed and all the room furniture. The sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. Dust on everything and small bits of trash left from the last guest. We didn't even feel comfortable putting our stuff down on the bed so we just turned back around and left. We told the front desk the state of the room and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders. Gave them back the key cards and let them know we were going to find somewhere else to stay, it seemed so expected and routine for them they just nodded and we left.

Scammers! So dirty, wouldnt clean the beds after we found crumbs, foot prints, mold, drips of something all over walls. Sheets were turned inside out with stains on the other side. When asking for a refund after waiting for them to clean it after over an hour, he said that he couldnt because i stayed more than an hour. They said my reservation was not there but then he said i already paid expedia. Stories werent lining up and he said well i have your card on file, like it was a threat. Felt unsafe after the altercations with that horrible man. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! So much more to say....

First of all most of the 5 stars are a lie. They have a promotion where you leave a five star review get a free beverage so don't trust most of those. Second the parking is not free even though the 12 people that I saw come in, including myself all got the hotel because the parking should have been free. And then the guy behind the desk had to prove we were all wrong instead of understanding that he represented it poorly. Third none of the staff can multitask at all, and none of them can do anything independently so it's a group effort every time. There will be 3-5 people behind the counter but can only help one guest at a time. The room was visually clean but only after a cursory look, the room was so gross!! I stayed one night to get onto a cruise I would never recommend anyone stay more than one night. I book Wyndham because there is a certain level of cleanliness and friendliness that comes with the name, this didn't meet that at all; it was more like a family owned motel 8, which if I was paying motel 8 prices I would be fine with but it wasn't motel 8 prices and then to nickel and dime after that, no. The pillows were awful, the stains uncomfortable, and the service abysmal. Pay a little more and go somewhere better.

View was amazing. Seemed disorganized and no room service. Breakfast area was packed no where to sit but expected to eat breakfast in lobby . Understaffed. Room was dirty and in need of small repairs including leaking tub faucet and door issues. Asked for extra blankets and didnt receive them. They had no wifi during our 2 day stay except for in the lobby.

I don't know the whole story, but for some reason an ex employee canceled everyone's reservations. It took at least an hour just to get it re-booked. When ww finally got to our room , it was not handicap acceptable and there were baby cockroaches Looks like they are attempting to beautify the rooms because thet hace new flooring. The staff and owners were so wonderful.

Need work no extra toilet paper charged extra ??
A roll of tp in room for two nights when went to ask for more they asked if there was not ONE in room ? Extras should be there , no ice bucket had to ask, Couldn’t check in 38 mins before 4 even though rooms ready , needs maintenance bad but clean overall and decent bedding Very nice air in my room New I’m sure . Door barely work to shut and don’t expect extra anything lol But Ya get what ya pay for loud undesirable Guests because of this Very loud and smoking even though can’t Had a mystery charge on my card probably deposit even though room was paid for prior and she said she didn’t see ? Will Dispute but what a pain

The room they gave us did not have queen beds. The view was a chain link fence around something that had been torn down. The pictures online are deceiving. That room looked nothing like it was online. The employee was nice and did refund my money.

This property was clearly the “old” one in the area—Such a bummer, because it was a nice location and could have been great. The Staff was friendly, but tied to “policies” that suggested the property was used to a certain clientele. 😬 Our room was literally torn apart. Beds were made, but the baseboards had been torn off the wall and not repaired—we’re still there! lol The bathroom smelled like pee, and the tiles were cracked. The soap dispenser was empty—no little soaps and lotions. 😬 A LARGE spider crawled across my husband that night and grossed us out. Nice, hot breakfast in the Lobby the next morning, with a view of the ocean! Also, we had dinner next door at “Saltgrass Steakhouse” and cannot say enough about the amazing service and WONDERFUL steaks!!!

Don't Do it! Dirty, roaches, should be noted that this place is under construction, really needs to be demolished and started over! Great location near the sea wall is the only plus.

Don't Do It! Although it's in a great location, it's dirty, unkept, and roaches are active! Staff were polite but couldn't provide better accommodations. We moved from one uncleaned room to another. You will comprise your integrity at this spot, sadly!
