I was very disappointed in the hotel. I have traveled a lot and have used Wyndham in the past. The room was dirty, table lamps were rusted, baseboards were either missing or pulling away from the wall. There was a $15/ night charge for parking that was not disclosed in the hotel description. The pictures on line were definitely NOT what the room looked like. There was no internet except in the reception area. I will never stay at this location again and possibly never at a Wyndham hotel either. Very very disappointed.

The staff was unfriendly. The hotel is in horrible condition. Baseboards are peeling away. The walls are cracked. The beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are old and well. We will not stay here again

A sad family weekend
checking-in the lobby was full of boxes that was blocking the front entrance. Now, our rooms one room had no blanks on the bed we had to get them from the front desk, the baseboards in the rooms either had no baseboards or they were laying on the floor. we had no room service again we had to go the front desk and get clean towels. One room the floors was dirty with sand and trash.

Hotel was in a right location but it was little disappointing. Room was not that clean. Looks like it has been not used for a long time and it was dusty. All people there were very friendly and helpful but the building itself was not as expected.

You get what you pay for.
The front desk help was very nice. Free breakfast was nice. Room left a lot to be desired. Lamps were rusty, baseboards being held up by tape, no one had cleaned behind the night table where there was visible garbage(empty water bottles) and dust. Bathtub area was not clean there were hairs stuck to the wall from the previous person. Bed was comfy. It was okay for a one night stay but I was disappointed that this hotel did not meet the standards of my previouse stays at other Wingate hotels

The staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel itself was, disgustingly dirty, out dated, and all around damaged from the floor to the ceiling. The base board are being held up by masking tape. The soap dispenser is covered in dust, scum, and grime. The furniture looked like it was all picked out from a dumpster in an ally. The bed headboards were dirty they looked as if something had been splashed onto them and it was running down the headboard and never cleaned off. Also when we opened the door to walk out of the room, the door handle broke off. I have never been so eager to leave a hotel, definitely would not recommend or go back ever again. This property brings great disappointment and shame to the Wyndham corporation.

I liked it was in front of beach and close to restaurants and the the tourist areas. Friendly staff upfront. Only stayed for one night. I didn't like they had a 15 dollar p/day parking fee (it's not widely advertised as such), no elevator (we were placed on the third floor), black mold found on baseboards. Complete face-lift needed on the outside (i.e. paint, some stairs closed for remodeling, etc.).

Property sent me a link to check in, to include my ID photo and vehicle info to ā€œexpedite check in.ā€ Upon arrival, I had to re-check in and the clerk was lost. They now charge for parking, which wasnā€™t advertised when I booked. Clark was condescending. Room had live spiders IN the bed, was loud and not put together well. Outlets didnā€™t work. AC worked really well. Weā€™ve been visiting this location for years, but Iā€™m not sure weā€™ll be back.
