The room and hotel is very clean. But the walls were paper thin. We could hear our neighbours alarm to wake them up in the mornings and fully hear their conversations, which meant they could hear ours. Location was just too far to walk and the shuttle and Uber are comparable in price, but take that into account when you could pay a little extra to be closer to the park. We had one morning with no hot water, and two times they had to come into our room to unclog the shower drain. Staff were friendly.

This hotel was great. The service was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that is offered for free was very, very good. Plenty of coffee, orange juice, pastry items, eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, bagels - they really had it all. I highly recommend this hotel. For those of you going to Disneyland.(like me) The city bus picks you up basically at the front doorstep of the hotel and takes you directly to the Disney drop off lot. You get a lot more bank from your for your buck by being a little further away from Disneyland, but the bus service makes it fast and easy.

Great property and loved the Complimentary breakfast! My only issue is the Front Desk wasn't welcoming and once we got to our room, our keys wouldn't work. I had to run back downstairs to the front desk to get more keys.

Stayed for a quick trip to Disney. Room was clean and spacious. Busy hotel but low noise heard from inside the room. We chose this hotel for the free Breakfast and out of the other w Embassy Suites, this by far was the least favorite. Eggs were too runny, watered down juice, weak coffee, and the guy making the omelettes had a sour look on his face. Was definitely not the top Embassy in the area.

They gave us a room that was flooded with water and wanted to only give us back the parking fees. We had to leave 1 night earlier then what we paid for. Total Joke!

The hotel removed the bridge and water fountain after the hotel was remodeled so my son was sad. He wanted to stay in this hotel because he likes the view. The hotel is clean and breakfast is always good. We will come back.
