The property over all was very nice. The breakfast was my favorite part. However my room was near and elevator and I heard it all night long. There are only two elevator and it does take a very long time going up and down.

The stay was great and comfortable. The only reason I did not rate at "excellent" was because there was only one set of elevators functioning and at one point, one of the elevators went out of service. Everyone waited for about 20 minutes just to get in the elevator. It would then only go down one floor at a time. Some of us decided to take the stairs (9 floors up). What a workout!

We had a great time during our stay. The only negative was the elevators were a little crowded toward end of breakfast with only 2 working on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. The rooms were very clean. The kids had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi. The customer service was great from getting us rooms next to each other, getting us extra pool and room towels, printing a document, and providing a room extra key. Great place to stay.

The staff were all friendly and polite. The hot breakfast buffet was adequate. Main issue was the room. The bathroom fan was either broken or nonexistent, and the moisture and mugginess after each shower was thick and unpleasant. After 4 days in a two room suite with a family of five, this resulted in a pervasive damp environment and a noticeable odor of mildew every time we stepped back into the room. The windows didn't open, understandable when you're on the 11th floor, but it would have been nice to air out the mustiness. The carpet was stiff and sticky to the touch - all the more suggesting that the humidity remained at a too-high level, but also hinting at gross dirtiness under foot. This is why I usually keep socks on in hotel rooms - - - ick. But everything was so wet, they got gross quickly, so the socks came off and things got even more gross. The shower faucet also dripped. The bathroom sink hot water was BOILING hot - - inappropriately so. I have teens now but I would have been nervous about them getting burned as younger kids. Not room related but the last point that stood out was that the parking lot spaces are TINY. My average-sized truck (not an f350 or anything crazy) was right on the lines on both sides of the space. This made us really nervous that we were going to get door dings from people next to us, and obviously made it challenging for us to get in and out. I'm from So Cal, I know parking space is at a premium sometimes, but that was noticeably tight.

Pros: Convenient to Disneyland, comfortable beds, quiet bedrooms, roomy, clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staff nice and helpful. Cons: Towels scratchy, some elevators broken part of the time so working ones were very busy, tub very narrow, Door keys stopped working on us twice. Limited parking in front and rear door access would not work.

How to ruin an anniversary
Our sink had clogged up and the contents was black sludge that smelled. This was there before we checked in. We had a dinner date that evening that we cancelled because it took them 3 hours to get maintenance to fix it (which they took an hour only to find that they didn't do anything to it) and then try to get us another room that was smaller. I wasn't having it. I paid extra for a better room. Finally they got us a comparable room, but by that time it was bedtime. Thanks for ruining our anniversary.

Under renovation. No gift shop and they charged $8 for a cup of milk! Usual good standard of room. 2 elevators also out of service for renovation. No mention of any of this on their page or once reservation was made.

The first room we checked into was dirty. The bathtub was not clean. There was residue from the water that was not drained. The second room we found a dirty underwear. The elevators were not working and there were no signs that it wasn’t working.

Hotel does not have waterfall in lobby as depicted on pictures. I believe the front lobby pictures should be updated on website. Food was great, good quality, eggs made to order, fresh fruit. Ample variety. Service from dinning area staff was 10/10. Clean
