We have been using this hotel off and on for a good many years. We have our annual family reunion down the road. This time it felt like the upkeep was falling behind a little. Maybe it was just our room. The facility is nice and we would stay in it again but they need to work on the small things and make sure everything stays fixed.

It's a rural hotel. The beds had no give, the bed linens were scratchier than I've ever encountered. The curtains are on a track so there's an unavoidable gap of about two inches that means you have the outside light glaring in all night. I used a hair tie to help things a bit. Other things to mention were that the pull out sofa seemed not to have a mattress and sagged badly when sat on and we saw a young roach in the bathroom. In Texas, roaches will get in from time to time, but that's mature roaches. A young roach with the sense to hide was born on the property. The elevator also struggles pretty badly to move, even when it's empty. We also found grunge on the toilet paper dispenser and on the top of the elevator buttons. This place was far too expensive to not care about these things.

This is my 3rd time staying. This time & last time the curtains would not close all the way, did Not like that, did not feel exactly safe. And it wasn’t from the a/c blowing the curtains. Beds are very firm.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately bad weather left us unable to stay home so we required a hotel stay. The hotel was very clean, spacious and the accomodations were fantastic!

The front desk lady was a true gem. Very nice and helpful. There are a couple of things that prevent a better score from me. A few minor repairs would be nice, like replacing the bedside lamp that doesn't work. My only true complaint was that was not one single thing on the breakfast menu that i could eat. A banana or any other fruit would have allowed me to have breakfast.

Convienent and safe- convienent to both N/S and E/W highways. Staff very nice and parking is easy. Only small drawbacks: Pool was small and no hot tub. Not Pet Friendly.

Good, nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, and the grounds and hotel looked clean and nice. It was a little noisy for us, our room on the second flood was by the door to the stairs. The AC didn't get cool enough for us, and our room had a little bit of a smell. We sprayed some Febreze and that seemed to take care of it, but after we were out of the room for a bit and came back it was still there, we had just gotten used to it. All that being said we will likely stay again.
