Rooms did not smell good. The bathroom door look like feces on it-not sure what it was. total cleaning could have been better. Great location though. Was walkable to downtown if we didn't want to use a car.

Our stay was for 4 nights. The room was clean and looked nice. The cleaning service I didnā€™t care for. We were on vacation and like to sleep in late. The cleaning service started banging on our door shortly after 8 in the morning. Out of 4 nights our room was cleaned only once. We had to go get our linens on morning #1. Morning #2 our room was cleaned as we left early shortly after 9. Morning #3 they dropped off towels while I was in the shower. Morning #4 they were watching us to leave at 9:30. I donā€™t think the cleaning service should be coming around until at least the checkout time of 11 if we were checked in for multiple days. The only issue with the room was that it did not have any place for us to hang our clothes. The room was a ADA room but still should have a rack to put our hangables and jackets. Our toilet did not flush at first when checked in but maintenance was quick to fix that problem. The stay overall was nice with just a the few issues.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
The area was within decent walking distance to the convention center and downtown. Looking out our window we had the perfect view of the Sky Bridge. The property was nicely kept up and the pool looked refreshing even though we didnā€™t swim. The room was nice and clean and had all the basic necessities. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the air kept cutting on & off every 10 minutes or so, and there wasnā€™t a way to keep it on instead of auto, so it wasnā€™t so great for women with hot flashes.

I asked for a non smoking room but as soon as I opened the door the smell came rushing out and smelled like an ash tray from where it is been smoked in. Other than that it was ok, a good place to sleep.

I had stayed before and it was decent, this time, the towels were all stained with black marks, the room was clean other than that, but dirty towels, even when I asked for more, is unacceptable. Also, I believe the staff resides in a room that was beside ours and that was odd. There were multiple people coming and going all the time.

Ashley at check-in was pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. Room was ready for me at 1230 pm when I arrived. Room was clean but could use some upgrades. Pool was well kept. tv, aircon and wifi worked. The hotel is situated minutes from Convention Center within walking distance. many dining options within minutes. Only downside was the minimal breakfast choices.
