On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. We stayed two nights but no room cleaning was done, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it rather than they supply. There was no water or any other drink in the fridge in the room. The only good thing was the breakfast served. I had a hard time receiving my receipt for the stay that I needed, he said he would email it to me during checkout but he never did. I had to remind him to request the receipt and it took many weeks for them to provide a receipt after multiple asks. They are amateurs and not professionals at all. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought staying in a cozy boutique hotel would be great but I was wrong! For the high price rate, it's not worth it.

Wonderful service
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Excellent location and beautiful accommodation. 10 min walking distance to the Coppersmith Bazaar and many great restaurants. Even though they don't really speak English, they really tried their best to provide the best service. They were so welcoming and the provided breakfast was so delicious.

Yapıtığım ödeme bir oda bedeli idi. Kümes gibi penceresiz , korkunç bir oda gösterdiler. Havasız , giriş kapısı 1.5 metreden az , gıda deposundan bozma odayı vermeye çalıştılar. İtiraz edip hotels.com ile iletişime geçtim. Saatlerce bekledim çözüm olmadılar. Kendi başımın çaresine bakarak başka otele gittim. Ödememin en kısa zamanda hesabıma ödenmesini bekliyorum.

Gerek konumuyla, gerek temizliğiyle, gerek işletme sahiplerinin misavirperverliğiyle, gerekse de kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzetiyle müthiş bir konaklama yeri. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odalar gayet geniş ve tertemizdi. Yıllarım eskitemediği bu konak, şahane bir otel olarak karşımızdaydı. Banyonun fayansları ve temizliği de üstüne güzel geldi. Hayatımızda yediğimiz en iyi otel kahvaltısını yaptık. Çeşitliliği, porsiyonları ve lezzetleriyle bir numaraydı. Sahiplerinin nisavirperverliği ve yakınlığı da bize kendimizi çok rahat hissettirdi. 3 kadın arkadaş olarak gittimiz bu tatilde, 0 tereddüt ile rahatça konakladığımız bir yer oldu. Bundan sonraki seyahatlerimizde de tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. Tekrardan her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Keyifli avlunuzda bizi çok güzel ağırladınız.
