Lovely Family Run Guesthouse
This is a nice little guesthouse in a great location near the heart of Gaziantep. The family is really nice and the room is clean with a remodeled bathroom and AC. Wifi is strong as is the hot water, and there is free parking available.

++Konumu gayet güzel. Fiyatı da benzer otellere göre çok iyi. Tarihi bir yapı olduğu için odalar küçük gelebilir ancak maksimum verim alınmış. Isıtma/soğutma - sıcak su problemi yok. Kahvaltıya inmedim bilmiyorum. --Gece reception'da duran kişi ve arkadaşları yüzünden uykunuz zehir olabilir (ki benim 2 gecem oldu) ısrarla tekrar tekrar uyarınca sustular. Zaten amaç şehri gezmek, yorulunca gece iyice dinlenmek. Buna para veriyoruz. Yapamayacaksak otelde kalmanın ne anlamı var.

Mama sandalyesi ve park yatak olmalı
Biz üç kişilik aile olarak kurtuluş konağını tercih ettik genel olarak iyiydi aile odasında kaldık beklediğimin üstündeydi. 1 buçuk yaşında bebeğim var tek eksik mama sandalyesi ve park yatak onun dışında odası temizliği kahvaltısı yeterliydi gayet. Merkezi olması çok iyi yürüme mesafesi her yere. Tekrar gidecek olsam yine tercih ederim mama sandalyesi ve park yatak temin edilirse. Ali rıza bey ve diğer çalışanlar çok efendi ve ilgili insanlardı güzel bir tatil oldu

Je n’ai pas été satisfaite de l’hôtel pas de confort, je suis resté 3 jours pas de nettoyage dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain était cassée donc je vous raconte pas l’inconfort que ça a provoqué surtout en allant aux wc. je n’ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner c’était dans une toute petite salle au sous sol sans porte et donc sans chauffage du coup il faisait très froid. Le personnel était quand même agréable mais ça en plus.

Konum olarak merkezde. Müzelere Bakırcılar Çarşısı vs ye 5-6 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar gayet rahat kullanışlı ve sıcak. Küçük tatlı bir avlusu var biz çok memnun kaldık. Ali Rıza bey ve ailesi çok ilgili ve sıcak kanlı. Tekrar geldiğimizde tercih edeceğimiz bir mekan.

2 gecelik konaklamada ilk gece geç saat çok kötü bir odada kaldık,klima çalışmadı üşüdük, merkezi sistem var açalım dediler o da çalışmadı, hareket etmeye yer olmayacak kadar dar, tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyor , perde camı örtmeyecek kadar küçük sabahın tüm ışığı erkenden odaya girip sizi rahatsız ediyor , böyle bir oda müşteriye nasıl satılır anlaşılır gibi değil??2. Gün otel sahibi yeni bir oda verdi, ilgilendi, resepsiyonda duran yeğeni çok profesyonel değildi , şikayetlerimizi çok anlamlı bulmadı oysa ciddi eksikler vardı, neyse sahibi gönlümüzü aldı, merkezi bir yerde , keşke ilk günkü sıkıntılar hiç yaşanmasaydı , bir daha konaklama yapacağımı sanmıyorum

Eksi yönleri: Otelin yeri, google da tam değil.Çevredeki yerlere sormak zorunda kaldık. Cadde üzerinde bir yönlendirme mevcut değil. Kaldığımız odadan kaynaklı eksi yönler: Avluda olan konuşmalar bulunan odadan rahat duyuluyor. Oda içi havalandırma mevcut değil. Pencereyi açmak gerekiyor. Odanın içini gösterdiği için çok uygun bulmadık. Duş kısmında hortumda kaçak oluyordu. Duş başlığını çıkarıp kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Şampuanın, sabunlar gibi tek kullanımlık olmaması. Odanın içinde çöp kovasının olmaması. Çift kişilik yatak iyiydi. Fakat yanındaki çocukları için olan yatak ortalamanın altındaydı. Odanın içinde çay/kahve için sıcak su imkanı yok. Aşağı kısımdan temin etmeniz gerekiyor. Artı yönleri: Şehrin göbeğinde. Çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde. 2 katlı tatlı bir havasının olması. Bir çok 3 yıldızlı otelden daha güzel. Sorumlu olan arkadaşlar ilgiliydi. Odadaki nevresimlerin ve banyonun temizliği güzel. Tercih etmemizdeki önemli bir etmendi. Çok da memnun kaldık. Genel özellikler itibariyle memnun kaldık. Eksi yönleri bazısı bizim beklentimizden bazıları konağın yapısı ve imkanlar dahilinde yapılamamış durumlar olabilir. Sadece belirtip ona göre beklentilerinin olmasını söylemek isteriz.
