Great location for transport literally over the road from the main train station. Grand lobby friendly staff , water on each floor Walkable to easy food / bars transpor lt buses and trains at central station Rooms ok not amazing but decent and clean would definitely stop here again Mcdonald’s is 2 mins away

The staff were a little rude. The air con waant on ao was boiling in the room and had to have rhe window open..the hotel is on a main road so we couldnt sleep because of the noise.

Stayed there for years now but having A/C turned off to force you to open your windows when you have the red light district a few blocks aways is the perfect combination to get NO sleep. Found my towel stained with red lipstick. Little to nothing was done to fix this bad experience.

They didn't have our booked room
My daughter and I arrived around midnight on our first night (of 3) only to have the man at the reception tell is that he was out of room because of a "technical problem". I had made the booking a few days prior and it had been confirmed. I assume the hotel overbooked. He sent us to another hotel for that night, I'm glad that we got a place to stay but considering how tired my daughter and I were I would rather not have had to transfer between hotels the next day.

A lovely hotel just across the road from Geneva train station , very friendly staff , our penthouse room was spacious , the bed was amazingly comfortable and the view from our terrace was outstanding a view of the fountain and big wheel on lake Geneva . The bathroom was a nice size with a bath and lovely toiletries . There was a kettle with tea and coffee and milk and fridge was stocked with various drinks and bar snacks which you pay for , but you had a bottle of water daily free , and a nice touch was every evening about 6 pm there was a tap at our door and a member of staff came with a basket of Swiss chocolates and you could take some , never had that before in a hotel so that is a lovely gesture and yummy to , we ate twice in the restaurant and the service was excellent very friendly waiter and the food was very good , both the Chardonnay and the Prosecco we had was really nice as well . It was only a ten min walk down to the lake and to the coach for a trip to Annace which was beautiful well worth a visit . A fab trip would defiantly stay here again .

The hotel looks dated but room are very comfy and with all the amenities including a good AC ( hard to find in Switzerland) staff is very nice and hotel is clean, the lobby bar is very convenient to finish a day. Hotel is across the train station, and 15-20 minutes walking distance to the lake and city center. I will totally recommend this hotel

The best place to stay in Geneva
The reception staff was MOST helpful. They were very accommodating in resolving our issue of having out of date currency. They really went above and beyond to help. Also great with dinner suggestions. Also the location was wonderful being right by the train station
