The Front Desk staff was extremely helpful and excellent in every way. The room was more than adequate and the location of the hotel makes walking and access to public transit easy. Arranging for a taxi a fee is charged is the only negative. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when visiting Genova.

We have stayed at several NH hotels and really like the brand for price, location and quality of the rooms. This property fell in line except that the windows were not very soundproof and being located on a very busy street and harbor, our room was very noisy with noise from a restaurant across the water and traffic noise from the freeway. Aside from the noise, the NH Genoa was a good choice for our short 2-night stay. It’s very conveniently located to the historic center, train and airport.

Well placed on the Marina at the edge of the old town (very walkable) with the cruise ship terminal also only a 20 minute walk away (ok with cabin bags but probably not with suitcases!) Needs some minor redecoration but generally ok, clean & provides in room kettle & coffee maker as well as bottled water. Good buffet breakfast.
