The room was very cold. Indeed we were the only customers in the hotel!!! We came to the hotel after the full day skiing and wanted to be in warmth, but the room was very cold. The heater has heated the room in 1 hr only. We could not sleep at night as the heater was extremely noisy. The coffee machine in room was broken. The staff was very helpful - they gave me another coffee machine. The hair dryer was broken. The breakfast included a crunch, apple sauce and orange juice. The staff was helpful with figuring out what to do in this area. The hotel is not recommended for stay.

Horrible! A closet with no hangers, a rug with sharp grit scattered on it that we couldn’t stop stepping on, the shower was hands down the worst ever- a garden hose would have been better, the toilet was literally about two feet from the ground- a child’s potty chair basically, there was a large stain on the sheets, the front desk clerk was immensely unpleasant. When we asked for more towels (we had a whole two in a room that sleeps four) she acted as if we were asking for a blood donation. We would have left after seeing the room but circumstances made that impossible but never will we stay there again.

Clean nice hotel. Breakfast bar was clean and stocked. The “lounge/bar” was strange to say the least. Fully lit room with tables scattered throughout and one bartender who looked miserable- not friendly at all. Dirty tables covered with food etc.

Wonderful experience
I went to a Paracon and got the hotel right next to it within walking distance. I enjoyed the breakfast (Andrea) the associate helped with making waffles and very polite to guests.

Nice Place to Stay
This is my fourth time staying at this property. 👍 I love the location near Gettysburg, the size of the room, the walk-in shower and the refrigerator and microwave. 👎The beds are too high (for me) and I have trouble getting into them which is why I now bring my own step stool.
