Stayed here for 1 night after a Day at Gilroy Gardens. D at the Front Desk was Amazing. 10/10 Customer Service! Check in was Smooth with Digital Key. A few Minor missed Details on my Booking But Nothing Major. Room was 10/10. The Hotel was Very Welcoming and Clean. Parking was great. I loved that I could choose my Room and get Digital Key. Stay was Great! Definitely recommend.

Parents said they loved it but did not like the wake up call by housekeeping (knocked on door, opened it, went in and then when she saw my parents asleep and waking up confused she left) literally at 8am

Nice Stay
Easy check in and parking. Clean/safe place. Nothing within walking distance but close to the freeway. Only stayed one night. Kids loved the pool and comfy bed. The air vent in the bathroom did not work and the AC made loud buzzing noise during the night so had to get up to turn off. Not a big deal. Would stay again.

We checked in at 3.00 p.m. and saw very few cars in the lot. Despite the lack of bookings we were assigned room 219 across from the elevators and the ice machine. Both areas created noise and effected our ability to sleep.

Shower bathroom has no exhaust fan . When I called front desk they said there are no exhaust fans in any room . I have stayed many hotels and all places had exhaust fans .So it was kind of hard to believe no fans in Hilton. Anyway I need not make an issue maybe all rooms does not have exhaust fans.
