I didn't feel welcome for hospitality industry. It wasn't hospitable. English was broken. I asked for an early check-in coming from Valleyview procedure was told that I could do it for $100. Doesn't seem very hospital to me was that the going thing around here or is that a side hustle? Un Willing to help in every way I asked. Price didn't justify the experience. Jasmine & Joshua

When we arrived for check-in, we were told that Comfort Inn was over booked and they booked us across the street with Quality Inn. Even after confirming the booking, this was a shock for us. They never called us to tell they are over booked. We could have looked for something better. We don’t like Quality Inn and would never book there ourselves. But at last minute we did not have the option to do anything.

Bed and pillows were very comfy!
I loved this place! We stayed here and woke up super early to go to Hanging Lake in the morning. It was only a 14 min drive! We had coffee and breakfast prior, and the views from the balcony were amazing! The bathroom had all the basic amenities, and it was spacious enough!

There was a problem with our card reader on our door which we had to return to the desk 7 times over a 3 night stay! They never did get it working correctly, but they didn’t switch our room either. We just had to keep going back down for assistance from five different people, including the GM. That is unacceptable. When I told the manager this, he apologized again - great, but … he eventually offered to take $10 a night off the room. Better than nothing, right? But what he actually did was charge my card two more times for the three nights stay!!!! Now I have to get back to them and Visa to deal with that! Ridiculous! Plus, the whole time we were there, water was being pumped out of some basement source into the street - not eco-friendly. Very disenchanted.

Very close to the highway. Was advertised as "on the river" If you looked thorugh the parking lot past another hotel You get a very small glimpse of a river

We stayed here after spending the entire day at the hot springs. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from Glenwood Hot Spring Pool. The building seems new or newly remodeled very modern. Our room was nice and clean with lots of space for all 6 of us. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
