This is an older property. Popcorn ceiling, etc. We only stay there for the warmish pool, which is amazing for kids. It has a huge slide, lazy river, wading area with small slide (for toddlers), and a hot tub (that way too hot). Main pool is very shallow. There’s no swimming in it, just wading around. I’m about 5’2” and when I stand the water just comes up about waste steep. Otherwise we really love it. The main hot springs pool in Glenwood is still better though, but very expensive. This hotel pool is a great alternative. The rooms seem clean. Dark carpet so it’s hard to tell. Bed and sheets are clean. Bathroom is clean. It’s small so not much counter space in the room to set things for a family of 4 without looked cluttered. One of the mattresses was okay. The other one seemed better. We did find a number of beetles in the room. (On the floor and on the ceiling that would drop on us occasionally.) The continental breakfast is protein lacking. Our first morning, we only found cereal, yogurt, and pastries. No bacon, sausage, eggs, or any kind of protein. If diabetic, don’t plan to get breakfast there. We didn’t even bother the next morning. Overall, it’s a decent hotel for families because of the pool! If you’ve got kids, pick this hotel. If not, don’t bother.

A child threw up in the pool while we were in the pool. The rooms are very dated and overall dirty. The elevator took 10-15 minutes to get down to the lobby while needing to get up to the fourth floor. For the price the facility needs to be updated
