Loved the area around the property. My room was relatively clean and well maintained, though small and compact. The hotel was extremely busy and parking was almost hard to come by. The room's door was very heavy and loud so every time I opened it I know I woke up my neighbors (theirs woke me up too). Overall a very good stay though!

In general hotel is good. I want only to ask Hotels.com to describe better that the visitors cannot leave earlier and receive reimbursement for unused nights. We had to interrupt our stay because of medical emergency, but we were told that we had to inform hotel at least 48 hours before leaving. Please include such information about 48 hours into signed itinerary. The travelers need to know about this.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. I appreciate that the rooms have microwaves, and small refrigerators. Iron mountain and glenwood springs pools are walkable and the Mexican restaurant next door is amazing.

The whole property needs to be freshened upā€¦carpet, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, etc. Breakfast was mediocre. Parking lot got very full. Hard to find a spot. The last few spots were located in unlit and questionable areasā€¦felt unsafe for me and for leaving my car there.
