Perfect for a busy mom & dads getaway
It was amazing! The room was clean, we had a beautiful oceanfront condo which included a little kitchen which was great for heating up takeout or throwing a frozen pizza in for a late dinner. A beautiful view of the ocean and the nightly show. Gorgeous sunsets and a short walk to the ocean! Definitely recommend the Hunter Creek Bar & Grill for the best burger and tots you’ve ever had just up the road too! Would stay here again 10/10.

Had a great stay! Balcony room—views so beautiful. Dates hotel and could use a little TLC but clean and comfy. Loved the mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Let's start with the good - its location right off 101 on the beach was amazing. Every staffer I interacted with was wonderful. I could hear and see the ocean from my pet friendly room on the first floor, with comfy chairs on the patio. The room was large and clean and quiet. The bed was soooo comfy with lots of pillows. Starbucks coffee, high end shampoo & soap, fluffy towels. Good WIFI. Had a microwave and fridge. Reasonable price for off season room ($125) and for my dog ($20). The light show was a short film on things to do in the area and then part of a movie (nightmare before Christmas) which was actually pretty entertaining. Guests may NOT like that the rooms are older, the laminate flooring was starting to come apart and the molding was dinged up. The TV is small and mine quit working but the desk clerk came down and was able to fix it. When I first arrived and opened the sliding door the screen fell off, but I was able to fix it. This was my 3rd stay in Gold Beach and I felt that Pacific Reef was the best value so far and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The desk clerk, Ryan, was very helpful and efficient in making certain that we had a room which accommodated our small dog. The view from our oceanfront room was pleasant, but not as close to the ocean as we’d expected. The walk to the beach was nice and very dog-friendly.

Pet friendly and easy beach access. Staff was much more pleasant and accommodating this trip, unlike the last visit. The downside is the in-room mini fridges never stay cold and turn off constantly on a timer, so I have to bring my own cooler and buy ice to keep my food and drinks cold.

The property is old and run down. What we saw online and confirmed over the phone is not what we recieved. I don't recommend this place and we will stay elsewhere next year.

I was disappointed with the room. Awful pet/food smell. Not nice waking up in the night with that smell. Grouting needs redoing of a grout pen . Didnt want to use it at all
