Only stay here if there’s no other option for you! The room we were staying in was gross! The bedsheets were dirty, the pillows were smelling gross! The bed was making a noise when you moved and it was extremely uncomfortable! The property is old and we can see that! The room we were in was smelling bad! A lot of flies in the room and around the property so please bring a bug spray! We did not even bother to try the pool or sauna given the conditions of the room! Please fix your motel!

Great location in Golden. I was able to walk by several local businesses. Grocery store very handy nearby as well as many other points of interest. Didn’t use pools or sauna, but nice to know they were available.

Checked in and opened the door to the room and the smell was awful . The floor hadn’t been swept. The room was very old and ran down. The bathroom was dirty and the towel rail was hanging off the wall. They had the nerve to charge me for my dog. The inside of the front door looks like it’s over been washed down. It was very dirty. I decided to go back to the reception and asked for my money back as I couldn’t not sleep in that room. The photos on the website do not reflect the state of this place.

Decent stay in the middle of Golden.
Marys motel is a decent place to stay a couple of nights. Rooms are neat and has all the necessary amenities like microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The motel also has a pool, sauna and hot tub which was good for us to relax after a day of activities. Our only concern was that we couldn't get hot water at day time (2 days in a row). Each time we had to inform the reception and then wait for an hour before the hot water came back.

While old and a bit outdated, this property is well kept with a clean room and very friendly staff. Parking is excellent with a brewery and other dining options right next door. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The dirtiest hotel I've seen. I even doubt there might be some fleas. Tons mosquitoes in room, full of flapped mosquitoes remaining on wall. Generally bad.

The room was very cheap, just not in price. The beds are very old and the springs have given out in places so you sink in too much to get a good nights rest. There was minimal water pressure, and half sized bath towels. The tv didnt work, and the only power outlet by the bed was just a faceplate with nothing inside it. On the upside, we did get some good laughs at how ridiculous this place was for $200 a night.

The motel had the potential to be a nice place but would require serious upgrading. The rooms are old, the plumbing is out of date and electrical has problems. Painting and thorough cleaning would make it average.

The person who was running the front desk on checking in was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and talking over me. Its also in an odd spot and with all the construction took 20 minutes to find and i noticed the restaurant there first. Rooms are nothing special and in need of an update but was a place to sleep
