The property was dirty, smelly and not as advertised. Apparently they have two properties in one location, Quality and Roadway Inn which aren’t advertised. The rep at Roy was very dishonest telling us there weren’t anymore rooms available to accommodate us as he usually does for the customers. However there were plenty of rooms available as I could see the through the reflecting mirror behind him at the counter. He then nervously gave a room in another building all the way in the back by woods where no other guests were and that was more creepy and filthy than the other one. I wouldn’t even rate this property one star. I’ll never stay there again!

This is a very rundown property and the pictures on the website do not come close to what you will actually be staying in. The rooms are tiny (two people in a King room would be overcrowded) and dark with the three lamps in the room only providing minimal light. The bathrooms are in terrible condition. The sink is stained, the vent fan is really noisy, they had three different lightbulbs in the fixture over the mirror (and one was burned out), the handle to switch from tub to shower was broken and sharp enough to cut my fingers, the bathtub does not drain fast enough so you are standing in 3" of dirty water by the time you finish (and everything settles to the bottom of the tub to be seen the next time you shower. The grout between the tiles is simply black with dirt. They only provide room service every three days so make sure to hang up your towels after you use them. Be aware that they charge a $7.95 per day destination fee that does not show up on the Expedia website. When I asked the manager about it I was told that it is used to cover the costs of the small shampoo bottles, coffee & the sugar/whitener packs and even toilet paper. All things that are normally part of the room rate. Breakfast is just OK with the only warm item being the Waffle you make with the Waffle Maker. Other than that there is a toaster and some cold cereal with a gallon jug of milk in the refrigerator. Location is close to most restaurants which is the only redeeming quality. Will not go back!

Ithe only issue I had was the remote to the TV did not work. I called he said ten mins,ten mins turned into a hour. They finally called my room to tell me the maintenance was not answering and I had to change the TV by pushing the channel button on the TV.

Stay was amazing, we were down for a dart tournament. We did have to go get towels because we only had 2 towels for 2 days. Did dislike having to go to a completely different building for breakfast an the pool

Cheap for a reason
The outside of the hotel looks nice. The lobby area is actually decent as well. Our room, not so much. Heater was broken, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, and cereal near the bottom of the bed. The pool was nice, but the hot tub had hair in it and was a bit outdated. There maybe use to be a fitness center, there were signs for it, but no sign of it. I ended up in a downstairs area that I assume was at one time a gym, but was completely trashed and it looked like somebody had thrown a party down there (empty solo cups and vodka on the table). We asked for a late check out which the clerk said we could have. Asked if he needed our room number, said no. Then we got a call right after 11am saying we’d be charged for another night since we weren’t out of the room. We said we asked for a late check out and the woman said we should have known the time the night clerk gave us was unreasonable (2pm). We spoke with the manager, who did not charge us, and left by 11:40. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows, but the entire experience from check in to check out (leaving some stuff out) was subpar. They do accept pets, but know that it comes with a fee which we were not aware of when we booked online. If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash, probably fine, but I would definitely book the hotel down the street that I stayed in the week before (Top Notch Inn) for a few extra bucks if I was going to do it again.
