In our first room we were assigned, as we approached the room, it was slightly ajar still. We could just push it and it opened. Upon further inspection the deadlock and the top flip lock were both broken. We were assigned another room, and the deadbolt didn’t work. After 3 more room assignments we gave up on the deadbolt as none of them worked, and settled for a working top flip lock. The girl working the front desk didn’t even know the doors had two locks. The toilets were awful and would barely flush. I think the only redeeming thing for this hotel was it had a decent breakfast, as far as hotel breakfasts go.

I'm very disappointed with my stay this time around. The first room I was given smelled very musty, so I requested a different room and it was ok. Several towels were visibly dirty and some did not smell clean. Prior to checking out I was going to blow dry my hair and found the hair dryer did not function properly, I had to leave with damp hair. Overall Not Good.

Elevator was out, which made stairs hard for elderly people(not us). Room was safe and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very nice and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.
