It feels like I got catfished with this hotel booking. The reviews can't possibly be as good as they claim. There's no parking available for my truck and trailer, the AC is ridiculously loud, and while they mentioned the rooms were renovated, my room still had the old tub. It seems like they just replaced the carpet but left some of the bathroom items untouched.

Under Construction and No Hot Water
We had no idea on booking that this hotel was currently under major construction. We arrived at 9pm after over 15 hours on the road (my husband on a motorcycle) and were only looking forward to a hot shower and some decent sleep. It was difficult to turn into the parking lot as it was mostly blocked with cones, very poorly lit, and no clear signage offering directions to the entry. Once we got to our room, it was decently clean (a few stray hairs were missed on cleaning), but unfortunately there was absolutely NO hot water for bathing/showering. This was especially unfortunate since it was in the mid-30's and we woke to an unexpected snow storm the next morning, and no other rooms to move to. Usually, even 3rd party sites make you aware when properties are under construction.

Staff were very polite and tried to be helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is being renovated, so the 2 rooms I saw had new bed, furniture, ect. . Room was quiet, cool and heating worked well. Water pressure decent. Housekeeping issue with the room so had to move to another, requested extra towls and blankets were not there on arrival ( very late arrival), but staff were responsive. Biggest issue was they wanted me to move back to room with the issues and did not fix the problems first (x2) then after getting approval for late check out had multiple requests if i really were going to check out late. I believe the hotel was fully booked so had little room for errors. Was exhausted so mostly wanted to be left alone to sleep. Had the sense staff was hindered by missing management, issue with staffing ( no maid services overnight) and bad luck on my part. Bare bones the hotle was nicley laid out but older design, staff was friendly, had comfortable beds, it is close to freeway and close to downtown and ASU. Has restaurant on premise and a subway next door.
