A group of guys, looked like they were construction workers staying at the hotel, were hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. They were loud and somewhat disruptive. I did not notify hotel staff due to the fact that they were out there a short amount of time.

A decent hotel but great customer service!
The customer service was great, they were very helpful and nice. Overall the building does need some upgrades and some maintenance done. The pool was falling apart, the hot tub switch on work for a bit and couldn’t seem to turn on again. The rooms were nice, thought I had a bad show head in the room but all it needed was to be tighten. So far it was a good room and great service.

We stayed one night because we were driving through, everything was great the check in was quick, nice people and the room was perfect, I love that it has a balcony. If I ever visit Flagstaff again I will definitely be staying here

The room was very clean and well stocked. It was a nice touch when we got a call a few minutes after entering our room asking if it was to our liking and if we needed anything. They also had a neat idea by the coffee station to write down a few recipes for speciality coffee! Nice touch. Would book here again !
