They were doing tons of renovation work around the property and you would barely know they were there! Also, ALL the staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff was friendly. Air conditioning was poor so I opened the vent and it was packed full of dust and debris. The stay was fine overall. Actually had a blast with the locals out on the town in the evening. Location is everything to me! Everything was walking distance less than 15 minutes.

I had a unfortunate situation my first day when the hotel room lock wouldn’t function properly, I couldn’t even get in my room. Eventually they were able to gain access to my room, they then moved me to a new room. Saying that, the team at the hotel responded quickly and effectively to resolve the issue. It is a phenomenal place to stay, located in a great area.

It was a nice place, we slept good. It was cool being by the trains!!! Staff was nice. Pool area was nice but a little grungy too, and the pool was quite cold and that was disappointing!

It's a very cute tourist hotel, but also visibly dated. I was turned off by the lack of turn down service. Considering that people are typically trekking to the Grand Canyon, coming back to a clean room would be ideal.
