Single personal travel. Room was a good value at $60/night. Small clean as expected. Probably a very good hotel for simple drop in business but not so good if Expedia or such is involved. The problem came when I needed to shorten my stay and the mgmt seemed incapable of communicating with Expedia (& vice versa) or understanding the cancellation terms. Language was an issue but there was more than that. I spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund. A month later, still waiting and expecting to dispute the credit card.

Room was clean and spacious. When locked out of my room due to a key card malfunction, the staff was very attentive to fixing the issue. Wasn't pleased with the guest next door. inviting multiple people over and loud music late night. I decided against reporting it as to not cause a scene.

The staff here are a joke. Stayed one week and it was cool. The following week they require a $100 deposit. Make up rules as they go. Front desk chick has a horrible attitude. May be cheap but please don’t waste your time. Spend more and get better service and a more comfortable stay somewhere else!
