Our room had 3 beds and a small sofa. Odd location in the corner. No visibility to see our car. Bathroom was covered in black mold. The wall next to the bed had bloody snot on it. Room was NOT cleaned, only the beds were made. Ants were everywhere. Trash cans outside were over flowing. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal and toast. Room smelled horrible. AC units didn’t help with the mugginess in the room. It was a good deal, but even a good deal should not come with a side of black mold. I would never stay here again or recommend it.

One night is good.
Beds were smaller than a queen. Seemed hard in the edges and you rolled to the middle. Me and my husband slept in one bed and our 2 boys slept in another. The room also smelled musty like mildew. But it was in walking distance of all the things which we loved. And to just stay one night was ok. I wouldn’t stay more than that though.

Not impressed
The pool in the picture looks amazing. The water was cloudy and not maintained. Our TV was not working and I spoke to the front desk man and he said he would be right up. It was 9pm and we never saw them. The air conditioner was loud and did not cool very well.

The man checking us in was on a personal call the whole check in process. The room was in a weird spot and when I want back to get directions the man was rude. The sheets on the bed had stains and the air conditioning wasn’t running when we arrived making it very hot in the room for a few hours.

I spent one night with my family but the room we stayed in needed to be updated. At first everything looked decent but when my husband got up in the middle of the to use the restroom the whole floor was wet and the carpet when we took a it looked like there was a leak inside the wall. When we went to check out I wanted to let the front desk know but no one was there to let them know about the issue.

Front office staff would always be away from the desk. The room had ants and the bathroom ceiling had mold (that had been previously painted over). The room had garbage under bed from previous occupants. Breakfast items were never stocked (sugar, tea, etc.) when talking to front office employee about stocking an item he would argue. Not a friendly experiment at all. They definitely need to do better with their rooms.

Check in was fast. We had requested rooms on the ground floor. We were told there are none, and were given rooms on the upper floor. I have a hip replacement and my husband has a torn calf muscle. We had to struggle to get the luggage upstairs. No help was offered. The second room was on the other side of the building. Asked for another pillow and was told we only get what is in the room.
