The only thing good in this hotel is the staff, friendly and responsive, all other things are really bad , dirty, old, breakfast is bad, pool is full of chlorine, you cant even breath in there

The service was friendly We have stayed there many times in the past. This time the rooms were dirty, smelling of mildew and found a cockroach on top of my bag.

Didn't like the noise from people above us. Floors were creaking and people were dropping and hammering items from 01:30 to 03:00am to consecutive mornings. First room smelled like old cigarettes but liked that staff were apologetic and quickly moved us to better room.

Just need some new mattresses
Everything was good except for the bed in room 108. It was broken or something. You could hear the mattress springs popping and colapsing when you got in and out of bed. I didnt ever fall asleep. Breakfast was great and it smelled like fresh laundry thru- out the lobby.

Staff was friendly, but support they could offer was limited. I donā€™t know if theyā€™re short staffed or just limited in ability by low resources. Facility and room was very standard , donā€™t get your hopes on a modern up to date location. Dated and aged would be appropriate terms. Perfectly fine for a brief stay if the place hadnā€™t smelled ā€˜oldā€™ and my room didnā€™t reek of smoke. I had asked for a ā€˜fixā€™ but nothing was provided. I had to check out early due to headache. The only time I spent in the hotel was to sleep and I buried my head under the covers to even do that. The morning breakfast was standard and basic. Ample parking but the grounds were needing tidying and better lighting for the back area would be suggested. Location, close enough to everything in GF. For the rate and the fact they allow dogs, besides aroma, stay would be sufficient just for that. No other amenities. Hot tub also was out of commission.
