This is a joke uninhabitable
The hotel had no ice no laundry facilities and renovation was extensive and ongoing starting at 8:30 in the morning. There’s dirt and dust everywhere is very nasty and unhealthy is a bad environment for health and well-being. Their stacks of building materials in the hallways in the common areas outside the building in the parking lot. You’re basically staying in a construction zone. It is not a renovation. It is almost as if the building is being built around your room. It’s not only inconvenient but it borders on uninhabitable. However, they apparently allow the construction crew to live at the hotel and they cook like a campground and drink in and outside the hotel is their personal party place.the

They are in the middle of a giant renovation. I wish this was said when we booked the hotel, it also went up in price. I would stay somewhere else while the finish renovations.

This hotel was having renovations done. There was limited parking and no covered area to park while checking in or out due to building materials being stored in that area. When I arrived in the parking lot, I could see two people (owners or workers) sitting at a table. However, when I entered the lobby, I was not greeted and had to wait a while to be helped. On the bright sight, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I went to visited my girlfriend at Greenville location for thanksgiving. My first impression was bad. Location is under construction and dust and building material sitting on the parking lot. Second, in hotel policy don’t mention anything about extra fee to let my girlfriend small dog stays in the place. They never knocked on the door to do housekeeping and I stayed since November 28th till December 1th. I had to call reception to ask for somebody to do the cleaning and the answer was: “ we doing housekeeping every day but I can leave some towels and bed covers to change “. Room smells and bed have covers with stains . Bathroom looks with floor stains. Kitchen greesy on the top and fridge smalls Not cafeteria or sitting room at lobby due to construction and merchandise for sell on shelf (cookies,chips,sodas ) with dust Very very bad impression and service . I’m visiting south Caroline very often and this is the first time I had such a bad experience.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
It was hotel that was under a complete renovation, operated by people with barely passable English skills. There was no morning coffee or food, there were no lobby restrooms (would have been nice after a long drive in), our bed wasn't a king (didn't even appear to be a queen), construction tools and supplies were all over, including the hallway outside of our room) and the elevator floor was covered in what appeared to be drywall mud. To finish things off, as we were leaving a group of teenage team guys made sure the elevator took us to every single stop (behind the hotel management's control, I readily acknowledge). Just a crappy stay, no other way to describe it.

Stayed here previously with a positive experience. This time was different. We called to confirm our stay a few days before and made sure they had breakfast and a laundry facility. We arrived with the breakfast area and laundry torn apart for remodeling. The noise from the construction could be heard throughout the building. Also the a/c barely worked and it was abnormally hot in the room. After the firsr night of sweating, we had to purchase a fan to use for the rest of the trip. We will look elsewhere for our next annual trip to the area.
