Superbe appartement, décoré avec goût. Propriétaire d une extrême gentillesse, ils font tout pour que l on se sente bien, vraiment adorables ☺️ L emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de plage, les commodités sont proches...une navette fait la liaison jusqu à Ajaccio c est top. Je recommande cette location et merci pour la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Très belle location dans un joli cadre
Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables mi septembre à Porticcio. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort, l'équipement très complet, la qualité de la literie, l'emplacement de l'appartement refait à neuf proposé par Annie Besson. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité, les conseils, les explications de Mme Besson, s'enquérant régulièrement si tout allait bien. L'appartement situé quasiment en rez-de-jardin dispose d'une belle terrasse avec une jolie vue sur un beau jardin avec la mer discernable au fond. Les commerces, l'embarcadère permettant de rejoindre Ajaccio par navette maritime très pratique (quand elle n'est pas interrompue à cause de la houle) sont à moins d'un km, mais il est cependant conseillé de disposer d'une voiture car le front de mer de Porticcio est assez étendu, de plus même si une petite plage est facilement accessible à pied en 5 minutes, si on veut explorer les très belles plages proches comme celle d'Agosta ou de Verghia, la voiture est indispensable.

Magnifique duplex avec super hôtesse!
Annie est non seulement très sympathique mais elle est aussi très organisée : elle a tout fait pour rendre notre arrivée/installation simple. Elle est restée disponible tout au long du séjour pour d'éventuelles questions. Le duplex est parfait (très propre, très bien situé et néanmoins calme et bien aménagé). Le parking est aisé. Il y a une plage très sympa à 3mn à pied ainsi que plein d'autres à qql mn en voiture. Ajaccio est à 20mn (quand ca roule) mais depuis le port de Porticcio, une navette maritime très pratique emmène aussi les visiteurs sur la ville 9x/jour. Je recommande vraiment Annie et cet appartement pour un couple ou une famille avec un enfant.

Séjour reposant dans un magnifique cadre
Propriété avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur un magnifique jardin. C'est extraordinaire d'admirer les couchers de soleil dans un tel cadre. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et serviables et donnent toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Le logement est très propre et possède toutes les commodités pour être comme chez soi. La décoration a été fait avec très bon goût.

Bel appartement à proximité immédiate d’une belle plage tranquille
Appartement tout confort récemment rénové, dont le point fort est qu’il permet d’accéder à 5mn à pied à une plage tranquille et très agréable avec une superbe vue sur la baie d’ajaccio. Terrasse agréable donnant sur le jardin fleuri. Parking sécurisé pour la voiture, qui reste nécessaire pour le transport des courses (commerces et restaurants à 5mn en voiture ou 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour les plus courageux). Propriétaires sympas et disponibles.

Très apprécié : la situation géographique de la Résidence. Petite plage (tranquille) à proximité, en face, accès par chemin piétonnier Propreté de l'appartement hors du commun. bien situé par rapport au centre de porticcio description ne correspond au descriptif de l'annonce WC non séparé de la salle de bain c 'est une chambre non deux la 2 chambre est aménagé sur la mezzanine pas d'intimité pas d'intimité pour la deuxième chambre pas d'intimité pour les WC non sépare de la salle de bain appart pour 1 couple non 2 couples ou 1 couple avec enfants décue par l'annonce
