This beautiful architect villa, completed in 2015, made with high quality materials and furniture, offers a high quality residential complex.
It is located halfway to the beach of Agosta and the Sofitel hotel, above the Hotel du Maquis, a few hundred meters from the shopping center of Agosta-Plage, about 2 km from the center of Porticcio and 8 km from Ajaccio airport.
Its dominant position over the bay of Ajaccio offers an exceptional view of the sea between, on one side the Isolella, Castagna and Capo di Muro and on the other the Sanguinaires Islands and the city of Ajaccio.
The villa has 270 m2 and 400 m2 of terraces with pool, all facing south-west facing the sea.
She is made of :
