Superbe location
Appartement vu sur mer, très propre, bien aménagé, idéal pour une famille ( 2 adultes, 3 ados). En plein mois de juillet, nous avons fortement apprécié la climatisation dans chaque chambre ( + une dans la pièce de vie). Magasins proches, petite plage tranquille avec superbe vue juste en face de la maison et d autres plages plus grandes à 5- 10 min en voiture. Magasin de produits typiques juste en face (le gérant est super sympa et fait goûter ses produits). N hésitez pas, cet appartement est super.

Vacances agréables
Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir louer ce bien et de découvrir qu'il était bien situé. La vue et sa proximité avec la plage sont la cerise sur le gâteau. L'hôte est réactif lors de toutes demandes du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Ce logement est propre , silencieux et fonctionnel. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter !

très bonne adresse
l'appartement de Mr guimond est très bien moderne bien pensé à six grandes personnes nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus, il n'y manque rien en revanche l'exterieur de l'appartement peut faire un peu peur car le quartier est vieillissant ca parait un peu delabré mais vu l'intérieur on oublie tout.la plage juste en face de la route cad à 2 MNS est juste sublime bref vous pouvez y aller sans soucis nous, je pense que ce sera la bas nos prochaines vacances

Idéal!
C'est la première fois que nous venions en Corse et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement est idéal. On est à un quart d'heure de route du port ou de l'aéroport d'Ajaccio. Pour aller se baigner, nous devons juste traverser la route pour accéder à une petite crique. Il y a un parking pour les résidents et une petite épicerie fine de produits corses. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel (clim, lave linge, sèche linge, douche à l'italienne, canapé confortable...) et la cuisine très bien équipée(lave vaisselle, frigo américain, plaque de cuisson, ustensiles, casseroles poêles...) Les chambres sont spacieuses, équipées chacune de télévision, de la clim. La literie est bonne. Le tout est très bien entretenu, c'est très appréciable. Le propriétaire a été très accommodant par rapport à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Une bouteille de rosé nous attendait au frais. Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement.

Excellent séjour, appartement agréable, spacieux et bien équipé avec une clim dans toutes les pièces. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Toujours de la place sur le parking. Face à une crique tranquille avec une vue sur Ajaccio (200m de la location). Mr Guimond est sympathique, serviable et disponible. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour en Corse.

Notre séjour dans cet appartement c'est très bien passé, celui est très fonctionnel on se croirait à la maison. Les commerces se trouvent à proximité, une plage en traversant la rue, un parking, un bel endroit quoi.
