This was such an unpleasant experience, despite the beauty of the hotel my friends and I got spider bites and the AC was poor quality-Can’t mention the staff was super rude. We had to request a ride at 3 AM and the man that was helping us was upset that we had woken him up, but that’s his job. He was actually sleeping in one of the rooms and we needed to get a few things from the hotel before us taking off, they also charged an additional fee for an other person that wasn’t on website over all I will never go there again!

It does not look like the picture the rooms are extra small. and old. and dirty the parking is not in the property its not close to the plaza. and the neighborhood it just does not look safe there is Griffith in the walls and dirty Not what I was expecting. we did not stay and we had to get a different hotel.

El hotel super bien, limpio y bonito, las habitaciones muy comodas los desayunos super buenos el personal super amable, solo que cierran la puerta y tienes que tocar una campanita para ue habran y tardan mucho aparte pues no de muy buena gana porque los despiertas en la madrugada, me gusto mucho pero por ese detalle no me vuelvo a quedar ahi soy turista y voy a disfrutar y llegar a la hora que quiera y no hay necesidad de llegar y que te hagan malas caras cuando tu estas pagando el servicio y menos tener que esperar horas para que habran la puerta.

The hotel fits for this particular area. It is old, and it is Mexican. Most rooms do not have a window for starters. The rooms are small, so I would not bring a laptop with me. Plus an earlier review by someone else reported theft of some valuables (we did not have any incidents, but at the same time, we kept our Do Not Disturb sign on the door the entire three days of our visit). There are no glasses or cups in the room, no Kleenex, and no complimentary bottles of water (and you do not drink the tap water in Mexico). Just come prepared with the things you need and make this a memorable trip! It is close to the square that has lots going on, and the people are very friendly.
