I’ve never had a better hotel stay in my 74 years. I was shocked to find such a clean, friendly, helpful, kind staff and hotel as this. Beautiful room, comfortable beds and bedding, soft linens and a beautiful pool area. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was fully staffed and no request was too much to ask. They felt like family by the time I left. I was there for 4 nights. Excellent ❣️

Friendly staff, clean room (my friend and I are more sensistive to mold than most and we did fine), beautiful pool/hot tub area. Such a great experience, I didn't mind that my room was directly connected to the outside. Got up too early for hot breakfast, but the staff grabbed us muffins. So kind!!

Property was sufficient for our needs. Although, we had a no smoking room & the room next to us they were smoking something (Pot)that smelled just awful & it was day & night. Everytime we opened our door we had to encounter this horrible odor. We did report it to staff but nothing changed before we checked out. Which was a day early as we were able to return to Panama City Beach Florida after hurricane Helene was cleared. We never received a nightly refund despite reaching out to Expedia.

Great stay!
The hotel is clean and customer service is excellent. The breakfast is good but the location is a plus. It is right in the heart of great restaurants like Lambert’s. It’s also located only 4-6 min away from the soccer complex which is really great. My son and I were there over the weekend for a soccer tournament. And I’m proudly saying that my son and the Team went home with the championship yay. If we have another tournament at this area in the future we will be back thank you!

You could hear everything and everyone around you. Got woken up quite a lot by people outside and in the rooms next to us. The floor was really dirty leaving our socks and feet filthy. Other than that it was comfortable and the front desk people were kind.

Breakfast was good. Getting kicked out with one more day that was paid was unacceptable. Then called back after being told that I had to leave, they found my other day under a cash payment was not good. Considering I never paid with cash. I charged the room on a card a week before I arrived. I just have to say that that money better appear back to me really quickly. I told the lady that I would not be returning and to put the money back to my card. I will be checking in the next week to see if it’s done. If not I will not be happy or go away.
