THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW US ON PROPERTY!!!
This was the worst vacation experience of my entire life. The security guards refused to allow my 17 old daughter to drive on property in the car behind me. The check in process clearly stated that we could provide car info at the gate. I actually called twice the day of check in to confirm. Yet when we arrived they refused to allow us in after our 6 hour drive. Did I mention it was midnight? Truly unbelievable that this happened but it did. Devin, Joey, and Ray (security guards) should all be fired immediately. Ever see the movie Family Vacation, when Wallyworld was closed? That was us. How can they refuse me entrance when I’ve paid thousands of dollars for a rental? And have documentation showing the instructions I was provided for bringing 2 Vehicles on property? Sad to say it but seriously considering a lawsuit against Vacasa and the HOA who is responsible for Paul Blart mall cops. Spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to remedy the situation over the next 3 days. Kept getting the same wrong info from vacasa support people who are in India. Shameful.

The property was clean. That's all I got
No welcome info on the property or campus. No maps. No working entry code for over 15 hours after arrival time. Eternal hold time while we did in freezing weather. Never found property management. Additional access to pools required a $50/day fee. Called property management numerous times to get code and find trash disposal protocol, property protocols, and exit information.

Condo was nice and comfortable and for the most part clean. Fitted sheets did not fit beds kept sliding off in the middle of the night. Coffee pot did not work properly top was warped. Refrigerator freezer would seem to leak on floor some while we were out. One of the beds had sand in it. Overall though we loved the beach club
