I normally always stay at Hilton, it is my go to choice after this visit, I will rethink it. There was so much structural damage and stains I was grossed out the entire night. So glad it was only one night I had to worry.

Pretty disappointing
We chose this hotel because somebody rated it nine point something and when we got there, we were pretty disappointed. The carpet in the elevator was horrible. The view was horrible. The pool was not there. You could see part of the beach so not really excited and also we only had about 10 channels on TV on election night so we didn’t get to watch the station that we wanted to that was a real bummer but we just won’t stay there anymore. People really shouldn’t rate this hotel a 9.5 it’s more of a two.

Our stay was excellent! Room was clean, balcony access was great! We enjoyed our stay and felt safe. Only thing I would “complain” about is the pool deck being under construction and it not being advertised online. It isn’t a problem since it’s not pool season but I would have preferred to have at least known. We will definitely be back!

There was major construction and involved the pool and hot tub that we had looked forward to using. The mattress was pretty worn and the general appearance was kind of dingy. The AC worked great, environment was quiet. Bridget and the other staff we met were excellent and it was very clean.

It would’ve been nice if there was like a tourist book in the room so that you know the attractions around town and the places to eat that are right there by the hotel and there was not a Bible located in the room

NOT RECOMMENDED
POOLS ARE CLOSED UNTIL MAY!!!! Construction everywhere. Our “pool view” was a view of a construction site. They claimed to us that they had told 3rd sites. We did not see that on hotels.com. They refused to refund. Tried to tell us the onus is on us to look at their website. Completely unacceptable. My wife also said it smelled like smoke. go stay at Island House. It was way better
