I went to the restaurant, the tables were dirty and I was asked to come to the bar to give my order (I have mobility issues). The item I wanted wasn't available, which happens, but the bartender couldn't manage the volume. She stated that she had a full bar and was too busy. HGD, there are only FOUR seats at the bar. She only had two other tables. She was nice, but overwhelmed. I decided to go upstairs and wait and order room service later. I was told I could come down and order and they would bring it to me....again, I have mobility issues. I have worked as a bartender/server, even working for a couple of years at a Hilton Garden Inn so I know how difficult it can get. Maybe she wasn't that experienced or maybe the hotel was understaffed (It was Christmas) but I expected better service and I know that Hilton expects better, as well. I'm still loyal to the brand but thought this needed attention.

Location was great. Room was a bit run down and dirty. There were a few cockroaches seen. No pool, it is being renovated. They do charge 10.00 a night for parking.

10.00 PARKING PER NIGHT!! RIDICULOUS.
Rm 225. Found 3 live cockroaches on the cabinet where tv is located first night. Stayed 2 nights. I let management know. Offer to spray room. Gave me free breakfast, which I didn’t use. Pool under construction. Biggest warning: 10.00 per night plus tax for parking. Surprise!!! Friendly staff. Thanks
