Le Shabby Chateau Vacation Home Rental is located in the heart of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This beautiful, shabby chic beach home is located in Gulfport, MS just steps from the beach (5 minute walk), 10 minutes from Biloxi, and one hour from New Orleans. It's also just minutes to the Marine Institute, booming Downtown District, Space Center, Historical Attractions, Casinos, and soooooo much more.

Guests can easily walk to the beach and enjoy the fishing pier or wave runner and umbrella rentals. Jones Park is 1/2 block away and features a walking trail and splash pad for the kids. If you're a fitness junkie, then you're in luck! Free gym access is 1/2 block away as well.

Wonderful, delightful restaurants featuring Seafood, Italian, Mexican, Cajun, Coastal, Steak and other sumptuous cuisine is literally less than 5 minutes away from Le Shabby Chateau. You can experience the vitality of the newly-renovated, booming downtown district in Gulfport or mosey along the beach toward Long Beach and Pass Christian and enjoy a beach view while dining.

The adorable back yard cottage (Le Petit Chateau - see listing here: vrbo 653151 ) sleeps one to two persons and has a full bed, full bath, sitting area, and kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, portable electric cook tops, small sink, and mini fridge. The yard is private, quiet, and features native palms and plants.

You do not have to rent the cottage with the main house. However, if you rent the 3 bedroom/2bath main house (Le Shabby Chateau) with the one bed/full bath cottage (Le Petit Chateau), rates will be discounted.

    From the moment we walked in the door, our entire family felt at home. Everything you'd possibly need was available...from cozy spaces large enough for us all, to smaller spaces to be alone that really felt like you were! The beach was so close and easily accessible which we loved but actually found ourselves just hanging out on the property a lot of the time. And that master bed y'all!!! Slept like a dream!! We really appreciated all the extras like the shampoo and conditioner, soaps and cleaning supplies. It was nice to walk to the beach and look for shells even though it was cold.

    This is our second time staying here. We love it. The owner is always helpful and kind. We have met the housekeepers and they have been friendly and helpful.     We had a great time here. The house is a bit different from what we normally stay in, but was perfect! It is just as described. We had a problem at check-in (not in any way the owners fault), and she was incredibly quick to resolve it! She went above and beyond to fix the issue (even though, again, it was in no way her fault)! She is very easy to communicate with, and super nice! The beds are comfy and it has plenty of space! The kitchen has most everything needed to cook a meal, and the dining room is spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

    This house is EXACTLY as pictured. So charming and a beautiful place to stay. After the first night we all said to each other "and the beds are comfy too". Has just enough space for everyone to have privacy yet at the same time enough space to gather. A large living area, a dining table for 6, enclosed porch AND a patio outside. It rained every morning for us, but surprisingly was nice because it cooled the weather and we REALLY enjoyed leisure mornings with coffee outside. We pre planned meals (cooked at home and arrived with them ready for fridge). This worked out very well for us. This rental is a SHORT walk to the beach (at most 1/4 mile .. or 7-10 minutes). There is a coffee shop called Perks in Gulfport that is a less than a mile walk from the house as well. The owner of this property is wonderful to deal with. Absolutely the best. Highly. recommend this rental, you will not find anything to be displeased with.
