2 bedroom villa in a stunning location
The villa is in a tranquil and peaceful setting in lovely Üzümlü, surrounded by grapevine, olive, fig, orange and pomegranate trees. There are wonderful views of the Taurus mountains and views across rolling olive groves to Patara beach, yet is still just a 10 minute drive from lively Kalkan and its many shops and restaurants.
The villa is extremely well equipped. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop, a comfortable lounge complete with 32" LCD Smart TV with international news and sports channels. There is a good selection of books and DVDs, but you can bring your own tablet/i-pad and HDMI cable for unlimited possibilities. Other amenities include air-conditioning throughout, free unlimited wireless internet access, washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer.
Inside, the villa has a bright, airy feel enhanced by the open plan ground floor which includes a living room, contemporary kitchen, dining area and downstairs cloakroom. The lounge has access onto a balcony which has a sitting area, where you could enjoy an early evening drink. The villa has impressive natural stone tiling throughout.
The first floor comprises a double and twin bedroom, each with its own modern bathroom with rain head shower and access onto a south facing balcony with comfy chairs for taking in the view.
Outside, there is a spacious pool area, sun loungers, umbrellas and an outside dining area, where you can take an al fresco breakfast or simply enjoy the early morning sunshine with a coffee. There are also two stone sitting areas with comfy cushions where you could have some quiet time and perhaps read a book.
This really is a wonderful setting for a romantic getaway, family holiday or friends holidaying together. Come and experience real Turkey and the friendliness and warmth of the Turkish people!

Above and beyond
We had a 9 day stay at this villa. Lovely quiet location, you need a car to get around. Local Village restaurants were very nice. Kalcan and the boat trips were excellent although drinks on the boat were expensive and spoilt the experience. The owner Yusuf was so helpful he meets you at the Villa shows you round and is on hand for any help. We will definitely be coming again and for longer. This typical Turkish villa is highly recommended by us. Thanks Simon & Jayne

Peaceful and quiet
Fantastic village with really good restaurants. The food is amazing and their eating areas in the gardens are so confortable even with high temperatures.
So much to see around, especially if you like historical sites.

Absolutely fantastic!
Just had a 2 week stay at this lovely place. It was just what we wanted - extremely private, peaceful and quiet. Although to get to such tranquility, the drive down to the villa was a bit of a challenge, but soon got used to that! The villa was clean and well equipped, the showers were great - plenty of hot water and water pressure! The views are amazing - looking across the valley towards the sea, and the night sky with so little light pollution was spectacular.
The bed we have to say wasn't the best, but again the views from it night and day are beautiful.
This was our first visit to this area of Turkey having stayed numerous years around the Fethiye area previously. Kalkan was obviously the closest 'town' to the villa, and this is where you can find a couple of supermarkets, lots of places to eat, bars and a few shops. We usually like to find a local restaurant for meals out, and this we felt was lacking on our visit, although the area is still developing and so this will probably change soon.
Overall we loved our time at the villa - we just wanted to stay longer!
