The staff was always accommodating. We were able to change rooms quickly and easily when the first room was not satisfying. The maid service was easily and quickly accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.

Liked the bed and furniture overall. However, seems shower doors installed incorrectly- had to get in shower to turn water on and adjust- instead standing outside shower. Carpet had stains, upholstered chair in dining was stained and seams ripping. Barely any tv to watch - most channels infomercials. Pool pump not working as water had gunk on it and green tinge.

Overall excellent, with the exception of a hotel wide fire alarm going off at 6:08am on Fathers Day, after which I could not go back to sleep. It sounded like it was a fairly regular occurrence that they have not been able to fix.
