Relaxing setting and location. Convenient to the beach. Liked the large balcony. Very clean and good continental breakfast. Also the fire pits outside are a nice touch.

Comfortable, great location
Standard King room spacious with very comfortable bed and pleasant covered patio overlooking golf course. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was in a quiet area close to access to a paved coastal trail.

Poor water pressure. Sliding door was very hard to open. No screen door so many moths flew in. Bedding had what looked to be blood stains on them. Hair in sink and shower.

Lodge has some pretty spots . Cozy , picture worthy . Loved the pool/game area , sauna jacuzzi. Heated pool without clorox ! Yessss! . Checkin was fine ,loved that without trouble upon request she switched us from 2nd to first floor. . Checkin/checkout staff was fine , didnt care much to set a welcoming environment in my opinion. Helpful, answered questions , short and rather to the point . No small talk , etc. ... Didn't like this.: Bike rental was only for adults , so families with babies , children are left out. Breakfast , claudia i think her name was , was very rude , like she wanted people to leave so she can go on with her day and get this breakfast part over with. Her display was rather ridiculous in my opinion. There were few other things that were iffy but not a big deal . Overall it was fine , one night here is great.

The HMB Lodge is a must stay! The property is clean and well cared for. The rooms are large and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure and warmed up quickly. It was quiet and very peaceful. The rooms overlook the back sitting area and golf course. There is a pool, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating to relax as well as family friendly games such as ladder ball and cornhole. Plus they have free bike rentals. Check in and out is easy and they have a free breakfast that includes make your own waffles. We will definitely be back!

Customer service by Mellisa (?), sorry I don’t remember her name but super kind and brought us our doggy gift bag up to our room. Amazing! The manager or supervisor was not quite as friendly but Melissa (?) made up for it! She should be promoted for outstanding customer service and friendliness!
