We stayed one night here to attend a party at a good friends. We got in early and were able to check in before we had to go for a small fee. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a great overnight stay. There was a complimentary breakfast in a.m. we would recommend this hotel

We stayed with a baseball team at the hotel. It was convenient to the places we needed it to be. The room was spacious, clean and generally comfortable - they could use new pillows! Overall, a good hotel that I would stay at again if in the area.

Comfortable Hampton Inn convenient to where we needed to be. Desk clerk was able to honor my room location requests. Hallway carpet could use a good cleaning, but the room was fine. I wasn't a fan of the $100 incidentals hold for a one night stay, but it fell off upon checkout. Breakfast was adequate, we weren't able to use any other amenities due to arrival/departure times.

I had to make a last-minute trip to New Jersey when by brother-in-law passed away last week. I made a reservation at this hotel, intending to stay Saturday night and leave on Sunday. When I arrived in NJ early Saturday morning my sister, whose husband of over 50 years had died, asked me if I would stay the night at her house. I immediately called the hotel and was told that the General Manager would not waive the penalty for late cancellation. I asked to speak with the GM but was told I could only leave a voice mail message and they were not allowed to give me this person’s name. I appreciate the need for hotels to have cancellation policies but their customers are human beings and sometimes exceptions to policy are warranted. What was done was shameful and the person who made the decision should be honorable enough to at least put their face and name in front of their actions. I would hope that someone at Hilton has the decency to respond to this complaint.

Okay overall
The refrigerator in our first room broke and when we called the front desk we were told there was no maintenance for the day. It was a holiday though. They offered us to use the staff refrigerator downstairs but being on the third floor that was inconvenient so we asked to move to a different room. They moved us to a double queen room from our king saying they didn't have another king available. The queen room had a loud air-conditioning unit that sounded like a plane landing and only stopped being loud if we ran it on low speed. Other than that, the rooms were clean and the service was okay. We will likely not come back though because we decided to extend our trip another night and the hotel rate was even more expensive than we paid initially so we ended up finding another hotel in the area that we liked even more.
