Front desk staff was fine. However, twice I had floor staff knocking at my door checking if I was out, even with the do not disturb tag on. Then a phone call about check out. If you can't manage your schedule, don't book rooms.

50 minutes to get checked in!
Their computer system was down when I arrived. It took 50 minutes to get me checked in and into a room (when I had pre-paid for my reservation). Customer service was poor- I received an apology - that's it. It is crazy that it took them so long to figure out how to check me into a room. I will not be going back.

The room was pretty updated in my opinion- especially the bathroom. We only stayed one night, and everything was fine. Only complaint was the bath towels had stains on them, which I think should be thrown out. I asked for new towels and got them without any trouble - front desk staff was great. Parking lot was well lit. Not sure about all the negative reviews about the manager? I asked for an early check in if possible as we were traveling with a 8M old and would have been traveling for 5hrs and she was very understanding, professional and accommodated us. Breakfast was also good, though the juice dispenser was out of order. But otherwise standard hot breakfast. I would recommend staying here.

Nice - clean - close to airport- the only bad thing is there was no airport transport available when we landed at 12 midnight- we called to inform them our time of arrival no one picked up- we had to get a Uber and paid out of pocket.

The staff was so accommodating. We had two rooms, one with an elderly parent and when I called to ask if they could be adjoining even though I had booked through Expedia they made sure that it was noted. They also told me to call again day of if we would be late (the Rutgers game didn’t end till midnight) so that they wouldn’t count us as a no show. The rooms were huge and very clean. The free breakfast was also very good. The pool and gym areas were super clean and the pool was warm. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for a get together. We all really enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly and personable, and the facility was clean. I would go back if we visit the area again

The room was not as clean as one would expect…clearly had not been vacuumed. The surfaces in the room felt a bit grimy. The hotel staff were friendly, but clearly understaffed which may be the reason for the lack of cleanliness. At $250 a night I would expect better.
