The room was ok. Not super clean. I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and I still had housekeeping try to come in my room twice. There was a huge crowd of other customers in the lobby who were patiently waiting for their room to be ready. Some waited for over an hour. This was concerning because check in for this property is at 3pm and yet people checking in at 5pm still did not have a room ready. The children couldn’t go in the pool without first receiving a bracelet and making sure we told the concierge what room those children were staying in. I’m not sure if this is their policy but it didn’t make sense. The hotel did have free breakfast available but they had very few things to choose from and one of the employees of the kitchen during breakfast was straight up rude and nasty. The hotel wasn’t terrible but I’ve definitely had better stays at other hotels.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, & near several eateries! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Front desk associate Jose help us get our laundry done when the laundry area in the hotel was out of service! The breakfast offerings were awesome & the homemade afternoon cookie offering was a nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay!

Honestly i want to be fair the hotel was great but the staff isnt the best when it comes to room cleanings, replacing towels, pretty much as if housekeeping doesnt clean even if u spent 5 days there. It was quite disappointing when my child tried to swim in the low section it was taken over by a bunch of rambunctious teens smacking a volleyball almost hitting my daughter many times. The hotel manager could care less about adhearing to their rules of the hotel. The breakfast is aweful too.

The property was in need of maintenance. In our room the toilet would not flush properly. There was only 1 elevator( which made a noise when it ran) for the entire building. The area for the breakast buffet was very small...so seating could be difficult. On the flip side the staff were friendly.

The property was dirty and outdated. The area was obviously unsafe as there were locks on the pool and notices everywhere about how the doors are locked and you need a reservation and a room key to enter. When we got to our room (at 3 in the afternoon) there were people in the room next to us fighting and yelling. It sounded like we were in the same room. Then they continued into the hallway, left, and returned and continued yelling/fighting. We requested a new room on a different floor and they gave us a different room. We would have left at this point, but would've had to pay, so we stayed. Room was dingy and the road noise was so loud (but better than brawling people). There were only 2 towels in the room, booked for 4. The breakfast was awful- soggy, microwaved "eggs," pancakes and fruit were empty, cinnamon rolls half cooked/half frozen. When I asked for the things that were empty to be refilled the woman who was working the breakfast area was nasty. Then I overheard her saying she never gets tips! The staff in the breakfast area both mornings we were there were rude and unhelpful. The eating area was way too small and filthy. The pool outside was ok- had to get staff to unlock the pad lock though-old chairs and NO towels. The only good thing I can say is that the staff at the front desk were friendly enough and our bed was comfortable. We would NEVER stay here again. Last year we stayed at the Hampton Inn up the road and it was considerably better across the board.

This is not a huge hotel and that’s what I liked about it.our stay was wonderful, free breakfast every morning. The staff where very attentive. The service on the lobby was great. But my only concern was the girl cleaning and changing the breakfast station was rude, she was kind of throwing the stuff when changing the food.other than that my stay was good.I recommend you staying here.
