Bryce and Maria at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. The only down was that the pool was closed and that was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Other than that, the service was excellent, and the room was very clean.

I stayed in this hotel for business trip. Stayed for 5nights. And with super slow wifi i couldnt work properly. The upload and download speed is only 10mbps or less. They dont have any other wifi connections for business travelers like me. Another thing, the housekeepers will keep on knocking early in the morning like before 8AM to ask for housekeeping. Why would you guys do that? I put the sign that say DO NOT DISTURB , and yet they will keep on knocking and wakes me up on my sleep.

Both of my rooms they put me in had bed bugs ! Please beware as the rooms are extremely dirty and not cleaned properly. There were bugs crawling all over the sheets. I had to check out immediately and go to a new hotel and wash all my belongings…. Traumatizing experience !!

I chose this property bc it had an airport shuttle. Our flight was very early and they would not provide the shuttle despite that not being the conditions in the promotion for the hotel. The two cab services they gave me cards for upon sending me to my room suggested would be $7 for the ride to the airport - but these two services wanted $30 for the same ride. The uber ended up costing $25. They DID give us an upgrade to a bigger room, but that was after we turned on the heat and smoke poured out of the radiator. Also, the rooms they provided (both on 5th floor) were down the hall from a room that had a large meeting going on and 25 people laughing and making noise - it was 9:30 pm when we checked in. They had told us no one else was staying on the floor when we asked for a quiet room area. We will not be staying here again.

I called the hotel approximately three hours prior to arriving as we were getting there after midnight. The clerk advised that their shuttle would be available. After arrival at the airport I called and was told that the driver was sent home for the night. We were kind of stranded, so to speak, until I found a taxi operating at that time of night. This was disappointing. Fast forward to the morning. The shower was but a trickle of water. This is very unacceptable. Being in a rush, this was not brought to management's attention as they should have known the condition of the bathroom. I have been an avid fan of HI Express for many years now. This has placed a funk on my experience and expectations.

I have been to numerous Holiday Inns and this has ended like the others. I reserved 2 rooms, the first was clean and fine, the second had several blood drops on the heavy comforter on both beds of the smaller room. The bed also had small bits of hair on it. The pool was out of service as they always seem to be at these hotels and with 3 small kids i was again disappointed. There were pieces of exercise equipment that were broken in the hallway as well clogging up the first floor. The breakfast was over priced for the food. And to validate my stay i was in room 533, 518 on September 2. Seems like if a want a quality stay i need to pick a different hotel.

The area it was in was moderate but the shower curtain was missing and the electric car chargers charged a fee when they were finished. To avoid the fee I would have had to go out at 230 am to move my car. When I informed the front desk of the missing shower curtain I was not offered an apology but was simply told management would be informed.

This was a very family friendly property. The room and the hotel were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in later at night and realized there were no sheets on the pull-out couch. A quick call to the front desk and we had them within minutes. They were also helpful when we realized we forgot our toothbrushes.

The property was convenient, however, we booked a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in, they only had a king bed with a pull out couch. The couch was a bit small for 2 people to share. Apparently they were overbooked. The front desk did what they could to help.
