There was black mold around the tub an hour assigned room. We asked to change rooms and the second room smelled bad and the lock was broken on the door. My children were there to visit Harrisburg university but even they were uncomfortable and we checked out shortly after having checked in.

The morning breakfast bar was absolutely perfect. There was a large selection of breakfast food available and was well taken care of by the women overseeing the area.

We liked the big room and the quiet area...hot breakfast was excellent. Some renovation needed,..the toilet seat was discolored and the carpet could be replaced or cleaned to go better with the modern fixtures.

Expedia is fraud and they dont have policy or procedure and Holiday inn is as bad as Expedia. My experience had been terrible. We confirmed with Holiday inn in the morning about our reservation and late checkin and hotel confirmed that we are all set however when i reached hotel at 10.30 PM with my kid they denied booking and claimed that they donā€™t have any rooms available either. Upon calling Expedia to my surprise they had no reason and simply said that seems like some issue with Expedia and they will do a refund. At midnight we were looking for hotels with a small kid which is highly unsafe. We asked Expedia if they would now cover the charges of the new hotel we are booking on urgent basis with 3X charges and Expedia denied. HORRIBLE is the word and this company should stop this scam immediately. If after confirmation you can give room what is the point of sending confirmation

Stay was comfortable but the shower/bath had mould and shower head looked dirty. Bed sheets had minor stains. We could also hear our neighbours through the walls pretty easily. Breakfast was decent but pancake machine was broken. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

The hotel and staff are awesome. This is worth the money and close to food and local highways. The only complaint would be the noise level from the kids running the halls at night but too be expected since the hotel is near the park.

The room wasnā€™t cleaned properly. The tub didnā€™t drain, so I told management the next day. They said they would send maintenance to the room to fix it and it still didnā€™t drain the next night. They put breakfast away on Sunday at 9:15. Will not be staying again.

The air conditioning did not work properly, we could not sleep well all night because of the heat, when I reported in the morning to the Arab man who was at the front desk he behaved in a very despotic and rude manner, otherwise the breakfast was very good and the room was clean but there was no do not disturb sign.
