Staff seemed to not care very much about anything. There were people smoking all night in surrounding rooms even though itā€™s a non smoking facility. The pool was disgusting with a layer of slime on the top of the water. We went down to swim and turned right around and went back up to our room. Room layout was weird the bathroom sink was in the room, not the bathroom. Would not go back and stay at this particular location

The front desk staff was no very friendly. We didn't have a TV connection in our room for the 2 days they were there. They offered to move us but said it could be the same thing in the other room because they were switching providers. The ice machines on 2 floors did not work. I told the front desk staff and they said 'OK". They ran out of food during breakfast and when I told the front desk staff, she pointed vaguely and said 'she is taking care of it.' It was not refilled while we were there wanting to eat.

We were pleased with our accommodations. The desk clerk was on her phone with an earpiece so it was difficult making the reservation then we we got there we didnā€™t know when she was talking to us or the person on her phone. We felt unimportant to her.

We checked in at 3. Wanted to rest before heading out. Couldnā€™t nap because rooms were still being cleaned and lots of noise in the hallway from cleaning staff. Also,went down to breakfast at 8:45 and not many hot options left.

Enjoyed my stay. Room was big enough with a desk and chairs. Plenty of charging outlets. I found having a cpap and other things to charge a lot of places dont have enough but this place did. Friendly staff, gym was nice, pool looked nice. Would stay again.

Room was very basic for what we paid. There was not stocked well.. there was no toothpaste, no shower soap, the kleenex in the main room was empty. The lotion in the sink area in the main room was empty.. the front desk staff were very nice but other than that we will not return here.. very disappointed for what we paid

There was black mold around the tub an hour assigned room. We asked to change rooms and the second room smelled bad and the lock was broken on the door. My children were there to visit Harrisburg university but even they were uncomfortable and we checked out shortly after having checked in.
