The place is great.Loved Luan(spelling) he was a great host, very helpful and on the go.
The rooms were clean but they do not have a mini fridge in the rooms.
The biggest and probably the only problem was the stinking sewage smell that erupted everytime we opened the bathroom sink taps or the shower.
Ooh my God 😩😩 there was this horrible stinking sewage smell whenever the shower or bathroom sink taps were opened. The water also stank of sewage both the shower and bathroom sink taps water.
The breakfast was good the food was tasty but they controlled the portions guests took, why call it a buffet if you are going to ration the food?thats weird.
I would 100% recommend Villa Paradiso but they should fix the water situation because it stinks up so bad.Its horrible. The staff was honestly great everyone is helpful.
Maybe they can also redecorate the pool area?its not aesthetically pleasing to look at or enticing to use.Its really basic and bland.
Otherwise?great place:
The place is very poor, the TV in the rooms is so small and no pin plugs in the rooms, you have to walk about 500 metres to Reception, the list is endless...
we were disappointed (my partner and I) that we could not watch the News on TV (403,404 or 405) because the TV did not have DSTV and we reported that to the receptionist and he promised to send someone to come and help us which never happened until our departure.
The rooms weren’t what was advertised in the pictures they have online. Water had a strange

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The water taps were not working properly. The most disappointing is that restaurant called Black Fox inside the hotel. The restaurant owner is abusive and rude. They have almost spoiled our vacation. Will never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
My stay was disappointing, rooms had old furniture, noisy aircons, dirty swimming pool, mosquitoes. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least not variety at all. Would not go there even if it's the last place. We could not get Iron and iron G board to our rooms and were told to go iron in the boardroom if we want to iron.
It was a nice experience I will recommend it to my friends but I was expecting a bar fridge at least
breakfast was nice and eating as much as you can. I liked it
The complementary breakfast was a 2/5 - especially the bacon.
Beds and comfortability is 5/5.
No flatscreen TVs and thus no USB ports and no SS3 in the list of available channels.
What a lovely and beautiful place at a great location. We enjoyed our stay there. The only downfall is that there was no bar fridge in our room and we need it
Breakfast thumbs down. Their restaurant was closed on sunday around 6 and we were not advised, we had to go to Mcdonalds for dinner. room was small. no phones in the rooms. No fridge, we were drinking hot water and refreshment that we bought. Small Tv with 4 or 5 channels.

Liked: Cleanliness
Lovely location and reception area but rooms are terribly small and the bathroom very cheap. Breakfast rather give it a miss - awful
Negatives:
Room very small at <20m2 and tv also <10inch's by the looks of it. Not full DSTV package - just 3 sports channels+1 movie channel - eye strain to watch on a small tv in a very small room. Don't get the point of having windows in the room where you can't open it because everyone else can see you in your bedroom. No WIFI code was supplied. Had no electricity for >1hour at night. Kept tripping when rains and that affected the entire hotel block. Bring your own coffee/tea/milk as minimal kept in room. Beds are a bit hard.Pictures are quite deceiving on site as creates depth. For the price, I would find another venue for the night.
Positives - Breakfast was served on time even though dining area was flooded with rain the prior night and limited serving. Room was clean.
The service was impeccable. Rooms are small but very clean. I expected twin beds and received double bed instead so very happy about that! The only criticism is that the walls are very thin and as the entrance (sliding door) is on the passage side you end up hearing everyone move around. We didn't sleep very well because of this as the place was busy and noisy until the early hours of the morning.
The Black Fox restaurant was amazing both for the service and food and we will definitely be back for more of that!
