Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. A/C or some other mechanical equipment near our room was loud. Toilet has a very fast and loud flush, scary the 1st time flushed. Should have been a warning about the toilet.

The staff was very nice but the hotel room wasn't very clean. Mold and stuff in the bathroom. The pull out mattress was gross, the kids didn’t want to sleep on it. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any second. I was very disappointed because I have stayed at the Hyatt hotels in other states and expected the quality that I had experienced before from this chain.
