Excellent overall
My king suite was a comfortable room and the entire hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast excellent. Keyless entry and check in via the app was great. My only real complaint is there are no vending machines anywhere in the building, only a very small selection of snacks available for purchase at the front desk.

As a whole, the property was wonderful. The only comment I have is that As a tea drinker, I think that either lemon or lemon juice packets should be available as an option.

Nice clean place,close to shops and restaurants,must try the restaurant next door,only issue was the AC it turns off multiple times as is set for energy saving,other than that is a nice place,pool is clean and staff is friendly and helpful.Breakfast is a plus too.

Nice Stay
The hotel is located in a very convenient spot. Many stores and food spots nearby. It was fairly quiet and the room was pretty nice and clean. The AC was pretty good as well. The free breakfast was mediocre. There’s isn’t a ton to choose from but it isn’t that bad. We did see a mouse run by while eating but we didn’t any on our floor or room. The pool was okay, it was a little dirty but it was already past midday when we went for a little swim. It has chairs and a nice lounge area outside next to the pool. Parking on site was always available. Overall, the stay here was pretty good and I would come again.

The staff at Hampton Inn were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. It’s easy to get to downtown Hartford from the hotel as well. I would recommend staying at if you’re in the Hartford area.
