This is my first review of anything not the type to go home and write a review. Place was horrific. Almost froze no matter how many times we told them to fix the air/heat the ignored us. The kicker is I had to call from my own phone because the hotel phone has no indication of how to call the front desk. Couldnā€™t shower because the water wouldnā€™t go down. When Inwent to the front desk I had to speak to a seated individual that wouldnā€™t get up. Trying to figure out now how to get a refund because Expedia is no help at all.

Our original room: lock did not work, toilet did not flush, disgusting stains on the mattress noticed when checking for bed bugs, smelled of cigarette smoke. Got our room changed...no hot water, hallway smelled of pot. Website description said "newly renovated"... definitely not true!! I will never stay here again and do not recommend.

I stayed in Room 106 in this hotel. I have pictures. This property needs a gut rehabilitation. The staff was excellent but whomever is responsible for the property upkeep needs to find work elsewhere. For starters, the building needs major work all around but definitely to the main entrance / fascade areas. There are lights hanging over the main entrance overhang area where you can see exposed infrastructure (beams and girder and broken bricks. Exterior paint chipped. The building obviously has not been painted for years (decades?). There are areas where there are openings in the wall where the roof meets the supporting wall.There are areas where tiles are falling out of the ceiling. Carpet in the hallway needs to be replaced due to stains and odor. In the room, the A/C controls did not work so the air just kept blasting ice cold air non-stop. To keep from freezing, I had to turn it off. Some of the furniture looked in need of replacement and the luggage rack was damaged.The place smells like someone attempted to cover up the smell of mold. Had I known the pictures on the website were inaccurate I would have broken my neck to avoid staying there. The only reason I stayed was because the other hotels in the area were booked. For the amount of money I spent to stay in that crappy hotel I should've tolerated the headache of staying in Manhattan and traveling to my event on Long Island. I will NEVER book at a Radisson again. I feel I deserve a complete refund.

The area appears to be safe. The staff are very nice. The place needs updating. The room we had was clean. The tub faucet was leaking. The tissue holder and mirror closet are broken. There are 4 of us but only provided 3 bath towels so had to ask one more. No blow dryer and phone to reach desk. Only one clothes hanger provided. Our door access had issues but I think it was a hotel system problem as other customers lost access as well. Our door panel had to be replaced too as it stopped working. For the price we paid, I think we were shortchanged.
