Hotels.com should be paying me for this stay
First off I checked in before getting there and then was asked for the same information upon arrival. The lobby had a funky smell to it and upon getting to our room it could definitely use a revamp. There was a stain on one of the beds, the shower had some mold, no hairdryer, towels were child sized and overall feel of the room was just not clean. Had we not already paid we would have left. Beds were ok. There were some sketchy people around through the weekend but no one bothered us. Shortly after checkout I realized that instead of the $50 incidental hold that was supposed to be put on my card at check in, they took out the full room amount again on my card. This has been reversed now per the manager but I will see in a few days. I do not recommend staying here.

Bad repair
When we arrived it was late and as soon as we got into the room we realized the sunshade was broken and hanging on the one side. The room also smelled of smoke. The mattresses were very hard. The next day we realized the fire alarm was taken off the ceiling and the TV did not work. We stayed for the second night only because we needed the location for our important family event.
